It’s been a while since we heard about Kurt Baggaley: A very creative producer from Uk.
This guy is active since early 00’s and has been self-releasing most of his music. A lifelong dedication that brought hundreds of wonderful tracks under several names. He gained attention under the alias Scape One writing for various electro and techno labels in the early 2000’s. He also writes under guises as Tau Sagitarii, Dr Futurist and Tactical Systems and somehow all his productions are connected, part of the same research yet pretty distinct. 

That’s why we proposed Kurt to go for a 2 parts Ep as we did for few projects recently. First, as Kurt Baggaley, his real name and the project where the man indulges in magical flights of synth layers paving the way for delicate arpeggios and brilliant unexpected sound intrusions. We meant to make a beautiful artist-defining selection and so pick the 5 tracks that could illustrate best his amazing sound.
2nd part, Scape One - Same guy but this is definitely more hectic and insane. You can hear a wide range of influences as he mentions himself: Afrika Bambaataa, Cybotron, Tangerine Dream, Newcleus, Art Of Noise, Human League, Kraftwerk, Ultravox, Larry Heard. We were completely stuck when we first heard these tracks, "Fall Into The Sky" feels like that astonishing epic break track you have always been looking for and here it is! Part.2 coming soon.

Goldmin Music is a label based in Paris and founded in 2012.

It is a place dedicated to current waves of electronic music like deep-house, minimal and mostly to unconventional stuff.
A home for all these soulful tunes that will not only make you dance next week-end but will also take roots in your mind forever.
Non septate at all, we're definitely more focused on a special aesthetic than any specific genre.

No matter what genre it is, no matter if tracks would work better on a tight club dancefloor or at home during your coffee pause on a rainy day. If it's been composed using analog machines or a cheap laptop. If it's been shaped by the loneliness of a small town in the woods or by the pressure of the heart of a big city.
Take it as it comes. Our goal is to cultivate the difference, the peculiarity, the unexpected, the rare in order to seek similarities and connect several universes.

Techno, Deep House, Tech House, Progressive House, Trance... anything. Love it all. I make mixes primarily for my family. I sample tracks from all genres. I know more about what I don't like than what I do like. I avoid harsh and loud elements. I instead focus on and prefer ambient, deep, lush sounds. For me, it isn't about the bass, fist pumps and raves. It's a vision-quest for new & beautiful music that is both pleasing yet driving together.
