As far as discovery goes, outposts are as essential as the means employed to explore or the tools used to navigate. Regardless of the scope of the undertaking, be it the world, the universe or the bountiful musical landscape across which this series sails, those are necessary stops that allow everyone to gather supplies for a trip, replenish energies for an ordeal, make friends for a lifetime or renew hope for a  journey. Thus, ports, stowaways, space stations fulfill a similar role. More than simple storage facilities or stopovers, they are meeting places where precious things are shared, from experiences to knowledge, and so are dancefloors. Tikal Floresta Bar is a great example: a lively space at the heart of Belo Horizonte where we see rhythms from all over and people of all origins colliding to generate the type of energetic fields of joy and dance that feed the nightlife of these vibrantly creative cities habouring them. Rache, our guest for this episode, is responsible for it and, as this mix makes abundantly clear, his managerial talents go beyond the trivial chores that make any enterprise function, they also include fostering and maintaining the vibe that makes any such spaces truly special.
