Everything in the universe is pulsating and vibrating – nothing is really standing still! The sound OM in this track vibrates at the frequency of 432 Hz, which is the same vibrational frequency found throughout everything in nature. so by chanting it we are symbolically and physically tuning in to that sound and acknowledging our connection to all other living beings, nature and the universe.

Hellllooo summer! We decided to stop sulking and try our hand at a more upbeat rock song. Alice may as well have donned a top hat, shades and bee-lined towards the nearest cliff for her violin solo! 
It’s a song about that buzz you get when you start writing music with other people, either for the first time - or in my case, the first time in a decade since having kids. It’s inspired by one of my all time favourite artists, the late Mark Lanegan and definitely some Beta Band influence creeps through. Hope you enjoy.
