The Brazilian duo "Moozeic" (Joici Borges and Manuella Wintrich) and the Mexican "Veltran" fall on Neurokat Records with their new "Electrowave" extended play and it's loaded with a powerful remixes by Lu Zero, Imanol & Panko.

Through references found in genres such as Synth-wave, Progressive, Techno, Rock and Disco they experiment beyond aesthetic standards and linear concepts.

The opener its a solid, electrifying and ethereal track, "Disco Ritual" kicks off the mind-blowing with spectral vocals.

Up next comes "Electrowave" a more dark disco and paranoid cut, with obsessive synths and a oscillating lead that takes you into a psychedelic forest and Imanol turn it into a crazy acid mood that you'll wish never ends.

Panko makes a welcome appearance with a dark, dirty and power-driven mix of "Disco Ritual", a mind controller, a one way ticket with no return.

To close the EP, Lu Zero with hers version of "Disco Ritual" a rhythmic and psychedelic expedition, voices and sounds from outside this dimension.

The SMOG EP was created at unit 71, a studio located in the industrial area of south Tel-Aviv, Israel.

This EP is the result of a collaboration between producers DODO (Iddo Charny) and MODJ (Moti Goldzamd) Both emerging from the city's boiling club scene. 

Inspired by early grime and electro sounds, the tracks on the EP are a celebration of tightly coiled drums and heavy weight basslines, Designed for impact on contemporary dance floors.

We close the year with this EP by the heads and minds of the label that showcases the versatility and creativity of electronic music. It's a very diverse EP that ranges from simple breaks to eclectic and fast dance rhythms that will unsettle you without a doubt. The strongest common point of connection between side a and side b is the absence of vocals that allow the music to speak for itself. While Imanol created two atmospheric tracks transporting the listener into a transcendental journey filled with ethereal melodies and hypnotic rhythms creating an introspective sound, Panko, on the other hand, materialized two tracks that catapulted the listener into latin rhythms and frenetic electronic elements and captured the essence of our fast-paced modern times, reflecting the accelerated trend in which we live through. The EP's flow is carefully crafted to keep the listener captivated from start to finish. From the spiritual ambiance of Imanol's tracks to the exhilarating energy of Panko's compositions. While Imanol invites us to embark on a mystical journey, Panko immerses us in an exhilarating panorama of the world. The juxtaposition creates a dynamic listening experience, demonstrating the vast range of emotions and moods electronic music can evoke.

Imanol is always looking for the groove, he’s a digger and loves to find lost songs. In 2018 he mounted his own label U’re Guay Records publishing dozens of emerging artists from around the world opening doors to constantly continue releasing his music for various labels such as Golden Soul Records (GER), Electric Music Foundation (USA), About Disco (BR), Muzic X Press (UY), This is not (IT), Dark mirror (RU), LW Recordings (UK), Jade (FR), Kyma Komplex (MX) among others. His music has been selected by DJs of the size of Folamour, Jacques Renault, Freddy Fresh, MCDE, Rahaan, Javi Frías, James Rod, among others. After a decade of musicing any encounter, the rhythm of presentations has become constant in clubs and parties in Uruguay emerging new opportunities in several countries around the globe.

If the underground electronic music scene in South America has been booming, it is not only because of the massive number of great talents that have popped up recently but also due to the incredible curation work some labels have been executing – and the prolific U’re Guay Records is one of these channels. The Montevidean outlet finished last year with “All Remixes Vol. 1”, a bold 25-track compilation featuring some of the hottest Latino acts allied with spot-on contributions from across the pond; and now, it kicks off 2025 with another thrilling collection of gems: The 13-cut VA “PERCS” comes packed with solid works from Alírio & Tuxe, Anastasia Zems, CABE, DJ Karen, Ella De Vuono & Etcetera, Encanto, Franco Galán & Zoras, Glo My Feat. Vital, Panko Feat. Rumi De Baires, Praqqa, Tinitus, Whitney Weiss, and Imanol. Premiered here, the latter’s contribution. 

With appearances on Golden Soul, Kyma Komplex, About Disco, and his very own U’re Guay, master Imanol successfully flirts with many of his main influences in order to bring his vision of dance floor music to life. Expect an eclectic and colourful output filled with Disco, Funk, Indie, House, Acid, Techno, and even Trance references.

For his contribution to “PERCS”, Imanol invites us for a cosmic trip through his pop culture influences. Using fragments from the famous “Where No Man Has Gone Before” speech of the original 1966-1969 Star Trek science fiction television series, Imanol started working on a way to translate such influences into music, and the result is a frenzied theme brimming with euphoria and nostalgia, starring robust Acid and Electro displays.

Imanol crafts a hypnotic journey through four distinct yet connected soundscapes. Microchip pulses with a futuristic edge, bringing an AI implant to life as it establishes its first telepathic connection with its host. Torcido twists and turns through a spiral of tension and release, driven by a lead synth that seems to move on its own. Barrio Japonés lights the way with neon flashes and echoes of a nostalgic future. Franco Galán closes the EP with his minimalist take on Microchip, pushing it into a more hypnotic and cerebral realm.
