This remastered album "Flight of Light" chronicles the dramatic shift in Inge's world as the idyllic life she knew in Book 1 becomes overshadowed by the growing influence of the Nazi regime. Inge and her siblings are drawn into the activities of the Hitler Youth and League of German Girls, experiencing a strange mix of camaraderie, newfound responsibilities, and subtle indoctrination.

The innocence of childhood games and explorations gives way to a more structured and ideological environment. Inge faces internal conflict as she grapples with the disharmony between the values instilled by her family and the increasingly rigid expectations of the regime.

The book portrays the subtle ways in which ordinary people are drawn into the machinery of a totalitarian system. The music for Book 2 mirrors this internal and external conflict, expressing the emotional turmoil of a nation on the brink of war and a family struggling to maintain its values in the face of overwhelming change.

"Flight of Light" is a powerful exploration of the loss of innocence and the struggle to find a sense of belonging in a world on the brink of chaos. Getting older is a privilege.  It's tough getting old but it beats the alternative.  I wrote this song about using the time I have left on this earth to becoming my best for me, myself and I.  All the pain and hurt has brought me to where I am today, and I will move forward and just be the best version of myself I can be.  I enjoy nature and spending time with my loved ones and my dog.  Simple things are life's greatest treasures.

Yeah, it’s that early morning mindset, No snooze, no time left — we rise, then we climb next. Every step, every breath, that’s progress, Let’s get it.

I’m up before the sunrise, dreams in my sight, Writing goals in the dark ‘fore they glow in the light. Every setback’s fuel when I’m setting my pace, Every L that I take puts some steel in my faith.

No handouts, nah, I’m crafting the plan, Brick by brick, I’m the one who stands. They see the calm now, not the storms I’ve braved, Had to pave my lane through the doubts they gave.

Success ain’t luck — it’s a habit, a route, Consistency speaks, no need to shout. While they talk, I’m busy building my climb, That’s hustle, that’s grind — all day, all time. 

Hustle and grind, I’m keeping that pace, Workin’ all day, got dreams to chase. 

Patience and glory, I see the climb I see the climb Every moment counts, no wasted time.   It’s passion plus patience — that’s my equation, No rush, no luck — just dedication. I plant the seeds, now watch them align, Hard work grows gold — that’s hustle and grind.
