I can't help but to notice differences between the Canadian and Aussie culture here and there. Rather than saying cultural shock, it's more like cultural variances. Come'on it's the 21st century and every big city is kinda the same.. except Aussies have a "bare foot" culture 🤣

It’s been a while since I made an update, haha. That’s because I had a real job at a coffee shop in Brisbane, Australia. The past 3 months of working there.. felt so real? The thing I appreciate about living abroad is that you really get the chance to be immersed into the culture, rather than just visiting a place for 2 weeks over a very rushed schedule. You get to know the city, get a feel of how the people are, and most importantly build real relationships. I wouldn’t say the past 3 months have been easy, but all I can say is that I have been lucky. ❤️

Ep 5 : Life Working At A Coffee Shop in Australia

Solo travelling can be scary, moving abroad is probably outside of many people’s comfort zone. But the feeling of picking up your backpack and going in whichever direction feels right, is so liberating. It's a feeling that’s hard to explain, and way more powerful than any material possessions. When your life is condensed into a 25 kg luggage or a 70L traveller backpack, you search for happiness from what the world offers. Happiness doesn’t need to come from a conventional way of life. It's a privilege to be able to drop things and see the world but I really encourage you to try it. The world is your oyster, take a leap of faith to see what's out there!

Ep 6 : 🇦🇺 Solo Travelling Regrets? Living 1 Year Abroad In Australia

It's been 4 months since I came back from my working holiday journey in Aussieland. What now? I started job searching few months ago and man... things are tough out there 😭😭

I really doubted myself of all the decisions I made, should I have even come back? But I still don't regret going abroad. Anyways, no time to be negative Nancy and I will be sharing some free resources that can be helpful to those who are also job hunting.

So.. I did it, I spent 25 days digital nomading in Portugal.🙌🏻  It was an unexpected work trip, and I got to have a little taste of how digital nomading is like in Europe. This set up is everything I had ever dreamed of, and somehow it became a reality. I definitely really liked the experience, but with everything in life, there are goods and bads. Now that I have done it, I will share my honest opinions about being a "digital nomad".
