Pulling me in different directions, This is really good man.

The music content lightens the incredible dark lyrics. Excellent vocals.

I really like the dry vibe with the bass/drum coming in later to this tune.  Always great lyrics and vox.

Love this, as soon as I saw the title I suspected what I was in for, and you didn't disappoint! From the vocal used to navigate the conundrums to the jazz chords, this is all about the tension between what ought to be, with what is actually observed in life - the clash between hopes and expectations vs the messiness of life. Loved the bass introduced and the percs entering...groove settles into a bit of sweetness...maybe found in chuch choirs or others who accept this mess as "mess-tery" Very coold muse.
