Rome-based producer A-Tweed lands on our sub-label Human Endeavour with a four-track EP of hypnotic, leftfield chuggers. Well known for his cocktail of crawling, lysergic beats and low slung acid mutations, the Italian producer follows outings for labels like TRESOR, Multi Culti and Hard Fist, with the wonky, tripped-out rhythms of ‘Riot Disco Punk’.

Shunning conventional dancefloor tropes, A-Tweed brings his signature punk attitude to this self-proclaimed “personal musical riot”, launching with ‘Kabuki Spin’, a steady beat awash with reverberating synths and whispered vocals that take us out of reality. 

The off kilter wonk of the title track follows with a smattering of bleeps, bloops, crunches and vocal stabs, setting the scene for the intoxicating, skewed rhythms of ‘Akira Danse!’ and psychedelic tribal beats of ‘Dusty Rumble Fish’; each track serving as a reminder that it's always more fun to colour outside of the lines.

So while they are counting likes and chase the next past hype we still try to focus on the actual essence of the game: music. The limited series of Frustrated Funks ever growing catalog now sees MinimalRome chief Heinrich Dressel explore aquatic territories below the surface of mud streams that rise high in the Apennine Mountains and flow to find their way to the Tyrrhenian Sea. Ancient legends of the Tiber River tell stories like the one of Rome's founders, the twin brothers Romulus and Remus, who were abandoned on it's waters and where they were rescued by a mystic she-wolf. Dressel tries to capture these great legends that lurk in the depth and surround the Roman area. Great music comes from great minds. Great minds are inspired by great stories. And no technical application can count or analyze the importance of that!"

Following the haunting atmospheres of their debut single Secret Forest, UK duo Altered View return to Inner Shah Recordings with Fast Paced Life — the first glimpse into their forthcoming debut album Midnight Area.

True to its name, Fast Paced Life channels the tension and thrill of modern overstimulation, fusing brooding synth layers with propulsive rhythms and a cold, post-industrial edge. It’s a sharp statement of intent from the duo, further carving out their singular blend of darkwave-leaning Indie Dance.

The release comes with two standout remixes. Radondo reworks the track into a dancefloor weapon, where his trademark blend of Dark Disco and Italo Dance turns the tension into a hypnotic late-night pulse. Man Power, on the other hand, strips things back and injects a heavy dose of old school electro grit — raw, wired, and urgent.

Synthex, one of the most impressive polysynths in the history of music, planned and 
manifactured by Mario Maggi in the early 80s, as the commercial brother of the MCS70, 
synth that gave birth to a masterpice album like "Automat". 
Captivating hybrid of styles, mixing the chilling-menacing mood of the 70s / 80s lo-fi funkadelic horror 
soundtracks to outerspace synthesised soundscapes in a pure classy vein.
