The Switzerland based 47 year old does not show any signs of stopping! He began mixing hip hop on vinyls more than 25 years ago and his love for the music always pushed him back to the decks, whenever life had other plans.

His "deep down dark" trademark style can be felt in all of his sets, as he loves to pitch down tracks as much as 30 %. The result is stunning, some might say.

Here you have the second EP part of Minimono “Half Way Trough” mini saga.
Bosco050.5 follows the sound of the previous one serving four most exciting electro, italo-disco and acid infected floor burners!
“Run it Back” is a simple and dry tune, has those big cutting edge sounds typical of the early 2000 80's contaminated electro.. perfect for your starting set or in recreating that unique atmosphere.
On the A side follows “Half Way Trough”, an effortlessly driving tech-acid house tune, strangely compelling, with a timeless feeling.. looking like an essential weapon for any dancefloor.
B side starts with the spicy electro-disco tune “Over The Machines” epic and functional at the same time with evocative arpeggios and a mechanical vocodered speach.
The Ep ends with the cyberfunk stomper "Revolution" , a twisted electro funk groover in typical Minimono vein.
Fabio Della Torre and Ennio Colaci celebrate this 50th.5 release on Bosconi in great style, remodernising the sound that they used to like when they first met in the early 2000, under the influence of those Berlin labels like Areal, Sender, Festplatten, Funkhaus, Beautycase, Lasergun, Gigolo.. and all of those labels who trademarked the sound of those unforgettable Berlin days.

To be very honest, we (@goro-music and @lev-tatarov, hi 😊) usually don't really like recording mixes at home. We feel that it misses some of the high stakes energy that playing in front of a live crowd brings into a set. There are also very unexpected turns that a flow can take when you throw a lively dancefloor into the mix and this is what we wanted to add to this one. 

 A few months ago, we were invited to play at a beautiful campsite on one of the warmest summer weekends of this year. This is a mixed crowd (young families, older couples, friend groups, you name it...), most of which do not know us, and we did not know where the direction of this will go so we came prepared for anything. We decided on a simple rule to guide us - anything goes and just have fun.. And fun we had! What was supposed to be a tame camping set turned into an all-nighter with the owner of the camping urging us at 5AM to "just play one more". 

 This set goes over a variety of sounds and BPMs.. some that we often play nowadays and some that are more in our past but all a part of our musical journeys as DJs and friends since we met 5 years ago. Percussive grooves, deep atmospheres and driving energy. We hope you enjoy!

A song that celebrates the unexpected. Pure Love is the result of a cosmic spark between DJ Koze and Damon Albarn. The encounter in the surreal salt ponds, was the initial spark from which this deep and unfathomably mystical treasure was born.

The shimmering of these two souls opens a window onto a nocturnal scene where the scents of oriental spices dance through the air and the stars twinkle above us. The sky has never been as beguiling as it is today.

Pure Love is available in a total of three versions, in addition to the original version there is also a Night Version and a Day Version. These versions vividly showcase the magical transformation that this song has undergone to reach its final album form. Through a mysterious metamorphosis, the raw power of the Night Version and the lucid harmonies of the Day Version blend into an otherworldly song, completing its journey from darkness into light.

Mind Against All Night Long At Kompass (part 2)

With “Moppa Habax NB”, our beloved Robag takes certain elements of the original—most notably the bittersweet vocals and gentle guitar strumming—and weaves them around a functional house stomp. The dusky feeling is still there, but with an ultraviolet sheen and those quirky flourishes that have become trademarks of both Mr. Wruhme and the Pampa label.
