الحمد لله الكريم الوهاب .. والصلاة والسلام على دُرة الأحباب عالِ الجناب وعلى آله وصحبه ومن سار على نهجه إلى يوم الإياب .. وبعد ..
كان الحديث في اللقاءات الماضيه عن أوصاف المتقين الذين يُحبهم الله ويصفهم بالمحسنين .

مر معنى أنهم الذين ينفقون في السراء والضراء , وأنهم الكاظمون الغيظ والعافيين عن الناس .. أنهم أهل العفو عن الناس .. الخصله التي تليها .. قال تعالى .. وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ .
الإحسان هنا مرتبط بالإنفاق في سبيل الله , الإنفاق في السراء والضراء .. مرتبط بكظم الغيظ , مرتبط بالعفو هناك شيء آخر ؟ ... 
نعم ... وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ .. أي أنك إذا أستطعت بعد كظم الغيظ , بعد العفو والإنفاق في السراء والضراء .. أن تزيد على العفو وكظم الغيظ .. أن تُحسن إلى من أساء إليك .
كمــــــــــــــــان نحسن إليــــــــــته ؟!! لايكفي أكظم غيظي وأعف عنه !! ... تنال حُب الله .. إنَّ اللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ 
حب الله كبير وغالي , ومهما أنفقت في سبيل الحصول عليه فهو قليل .

كانوا يذكرون عن سيدنا علي زين العابدين إبن سيدنا الحسين عليهم السلام .. دُرة آل البيت في عصره وسيد التابعين في المدينه .. 
أنه كان له أخد الخدم في بيته جاء مستعجل ومعه قدر .. وسقط هذا القدر على طفل من أطفاله فمات من ساعته .. وسيدنا زين العابدين ينظر .. تخيل .. هذا الخادم بإهماله قتل ولده الطفل الصغير .. فغضب سيدنا علي زين العابدين , والبشر يغضبون .. لما لاحظ الخادم هذا الغضب خاف على نفسه فخاطب سيدنا علي زين العابدين مباشرة بهذه الأيه قال له .. وَالْكاظِمِينَ الْغَيْظَ ... فتوقف سيدنا علي زين العابدين , وقال له : كظمنا غيظنا .
 فتعجب من سرعة الإستجابه هذه , وطمع فيما هو أفضل .. قال ربما اليوم يكظم غيظه وغداً لا يكون قد عفى عني ينتظر لي خطأ آخر ليحاسبني على الإثنين ..... قال له .. وَالْعافِينَ عَنِ النَّاسِ  ... فقال له سيدنا علي زين العابدين : عفونا عنك .. فطمع في هذا الفضل الكبير ..
 وقال له ... وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ .. قال إذهب فأنت حر .. اللـــــــــه الله الله ... كظم غيظه , عفى عنه , أعتــــــــــــقه  .. وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ ..
لماذا أستحضر الخادم هذه الأيه ؟ ... لأنه يعلم أن الذي أمامه وقّـــــــــــــــــافُُ عند حدود الله , متذوق لخطاب الله .
سيدنا العلي إبن الحسين صاحب الألف الركعه .. تلميذ أبيه سيدنا الحسين وتلميذ ساداتنا الصحابه الذين أدركهم فلا يُستغرب ذلك .
لكـــــــــــــــن إنتـــــــــــبه .. لا تقول ذاك سيدنا  زين العابدين أين أنا منه !! فتشبه إن لم تكون مثلهم إن التشبه بالكرام فلاح  إنَّ اللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ 
جعلنـــــــــــــــــا اللـــــه وإيـــــــــــــــــــــــاكم منهم وآخر دعوانا أن الحدلله رب العالمين .
والســــــــــــــــــــلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته .

The Distance

Shame and trauma cannot be separated – they are incredibly interwoven. The reason I created this episode is shame is virtually unavoidable if you’ve been through a trauma and often times the shame is even harder to process and heal from. Why? Shame is an unseen self-authoring wound. It creates a whole slew of behaviors because we are tasked with carrying it – and as you are aware, shame is toxic. In order for us to contain it we need a wide buffer: a padding between it and consciousness. However, the way we create this is often very damaging and shame-inducing. So it’s a domino effect. And so most people avoid it for many years – why? It is too painful for us to look at. It’s also painful for others – if it tells you anything it’s often also avoided by therapists, because of how much discomfort it causes.

So this is really just an entry-level exploration of possible shame in your person. Inspired by my own recent enlightenments. They happen the tiniest bit at a time. I also have some reading for you on the topic:
