Il ne nous resterait alors, songeait-il, qu'à tenter de renouer le dialogue interrompu avec les ordres, minéral, végétal et animal, de la nature, et peut-être, à tenter de renouer le dialogue par une dernier "clin d'œil avec un chat".

In the last pages of his major (and yet first) book, Claude Levi Strauss already predicted the possibility of a fall of "the rainbow of human cultures », of the diversity of cultures due to the galloping standardization of the world and the desires for expansion of all sides. All that would then remain, he thought, would be to try to renew the interrupted dialogue with the mineral, vegetable and animal orders of nature, and perhaps, to try to renew the dialogue with a last "wink with a cat".

**I NEVER USE A.I. IN ANY OF MY SONGS OR VIDEOS!** Hi everybody, my name is Jim and I’m a songwriter, I've written over 300 songs, I play guitar, bass, piano, and am an okay lyricist.  I play all types of music and have my own recording studio.  I use no A.I. or DAW or any computers to make my songs or my videos, all the instruments are played by me live on a multitrack studio recorder and Charlie, my vocalist, sings most of my songs and also plays the Harmonica on several tracks. I use video clips from Motion Array or Pexals or Pixabay for my videos. I'm not a pro or a great musician but I do what I can with the tools that I have! I belong to the "Keep Humans In Music Movement" (KHMM)! We're NOT perfect but we're REAL! Thanks everyone for listening and the world needs more music now, real music made by HUMANS not MACHINES! Based on collaborative song writing in the early 80s and a few studio projects over the years. We are reunited to create new projects after taken a longer break.

Update:
In the summer of 2022, my dear old friend Mick and longtime musical companion died of cancer.

I have agreed with him that I will continue to run our site in his spirit. Our amazing, unique music will live on forever.

 My musical background is varied. I started studies in music theory and violin at the age of 8. At the age of eleven, I started with  guitar. I 'm a self-taught guitarist. One year later I started in  a school to study harmony and modern piano for six years. In 2006 I moved to Madrid to study visual production and sound.

I'm part of several bands which plays different styles: Rock, pop, heavy ...

My favourite music style  is classical music and rock. I do not think that both worlds need to be exclusionary.

My musical instrument is the piano. I spend my time playing it with complete devotion.

Some samples that can be heard on SoundCloud serve to show the variety that I can cover. I give special priority to  symphonic samples.
