💄 SHORT BIO 💄

Since his teens, Cobeia's been an avid listener collecting music on Vinyl, CDs, MDs, Tapes & Digital. Growing up in Geneva in a multicultural family & environment, he enjoyed the vibrant 90s local squats and Swiss alternative scenes, studied filmmaking in London from 96 to 99 before living between Geneva and Berlin 

Among other trips, he travelled extensively throughout Eastern and Southern Europe, North & East Africa, as well as Southeast Asia, further expanding his music appreciation. ✨

He's always been curious about life and various art forms and has been passionately exploring underground culture ever since. Since 2001, Cobeia's been a dedicated DJ, record collector, cultural actor, music curator & organiser.

EAV originated as an outdoor summer series with great music in parks & by lakes/riversides + indoor parties in Geneva. Soon enough, events with Concerts & DJs also took place throughout the year. 

2009 - 2015, EAV put up parties at @motelcampo with ace international & local guests.

In movimento label focused on music from the avant-garde, pop and others unspeakable frontiers. The sound is electronic with the aim to be actual. If it's not, it has never seen light before and you're for the 1st time introduced to a world that should sound unique, not defined by common language. Usually slow, the label does not give any interest to time in its business-meanings, focused on a more internal and malleable vision of this one.
