Northern Road, formerly known as CLB, is a refreshing presence in the world of American bass music. After making a name for himself under his former alias, this new project allows him to expand on the path he carved, free from the creative limitations that built up over a decade as CLB.

Northern Road aims to take foundational sounds of the UK while blending ambient and experimental influences. While the main focus circles around club-ready dubstep and drum & bass, the ethos of the project is designed to bring the listener on a journey that isn’t strictly defined by genre, but by an enthusiasm for experimentation.

Though still in its early stages, Northern Road is backed by a strong foundation. Past releases have landed on heavyweight labels such as Deadbeats, Born on Road, and MONTA. He has performed both domestically and internationally at acclaimed venues including Lakota in Bristol, Elsewhere in New York, and the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. Recent highlights include performances at Infrasound Equinox, North Coast Music Festival, and a standout B2B set with Taiki Nulight at Hulaween 2025.

Rooted in a deep respect for the craft, Northern Road stands out as a bold, forward-thinking artist in the oversaturated American bass scene.

Digital Acetate is a record label, specialising in Future Jungle, JTek, Breaks & Jungle on the Intelligent side ranging from 140-170bpm.
Alistair Brown aka ViSible Sound is the owner and promises big things from Digital Acetate in the future and will feature many artists, some of which already very established within the scene.

En 2019, decide dar un giro a su carrera y lanza su primer álbum en vinilo "The Past Is Now" bajo el género "Breakbeat" a través de su sello 13Monkeys Records. Desde entonces, ha avanzado a pasos agigantados y se ha posicionado entre los 10 productores más reconocidos del momento. now makes its full aka "YANKEE" in which the employee deeply only in the production of electronic music which runs through his blood, Breakbeat. 

His productions are based on the purest and southern Breakbeat which listened to since I was just a child, producing songs with retro touches, bassline, 2step, Elecktro .. 

It's been nominated for best revelation at the awards "IBA" producer, one of the rewards of one of the best promoters of events Breakbeat "Rave Art". 

Their music is sounded in the best festivals and the best radio programs of national and international electronic music as to Breakbeat relates, has the support of groups and Dj International's like "THE CRYSTAL METHOD" which will support sharing and playing his music in his sets, nationally speaking his music is also heard in the best festivals, played by the best DJs national and no wonder.

Launched in 2004 BASSROCK RECORDS pioneered the crossover between Hardcore Breaks & Nuskool Breaks by releasing the anthem SHOULDERROLLER by D'State, Darkus & Tension in all it's 150bpm glory with the almighty AUTOBOTS remixing the flipside for the Breaks crowd, and instant classic with support all across the board.The labels ethos was simple, oldskool /jungle vibed tracks with nuskool thinking and this is exactly what kept them as a staple in record boxes and CD wallets around the world! Attracting some of the scenes biggest artists BASSROCK RECORDS began to steamroller ahead with constant DJ / Radio / press support / club nights week in and out and even a nomination for BEST NEW LABEL at the 2005 BREAKSPOLL AWARDS ,artists like Backdraft, Bill Vega & New Decade, Control Z , Transformer man, Vinyl Junkie & Dope all featured in the early years and even Spanish newcomers Amnexiac jumped aboard! Gaining weekly radio play on Tayos "Dread at the Controls" radio show on KISSFM it was inevitable that he would eventually feature on the label in the future with Sonz of Mecha (King YOof) Tayo then moved onto Radio one and exposed the BASSROCK sound to 1000's of more listeners cementing it's status within the scene. Baobinga , 30HZ, Screwface, D-Ranged , Jinx In Dub all featured in the forthcoming years and a collab with label boss Paul Bassrock & Anti-Science found its way onto the  REACT compilation WORLDS HEAVIEST series! Still evolving BASSROCK embraced the new Dubstep sound emerging and featured it in future releases but still held its roots in the Jungle vibe. Always innovating and moving with the times it now seems this label was ahead of them as a new sound emerges 140 future jungle ...... as if they knew it would all along

Ant TC1 along with Hidden Agenda founded Dispatch Recordings back in 2001, Ant originally helped out with the management side of the label before finding his feet within the realms of production; which was a natural progression for him having DJ’d on pirate radio and in clubs from the age of 14 (since 1992).  His first release alongside frequent production partner Stress Level appeared on Dispatch after almost 3 years of hard work getting their collective sound where they felt it needed to be before even thinking about turning on a DAT recorder.  After their first release hit the stores they quickly picked up a wealth of DJ support across their early material and went on to release for a who’s who list of established Drum & Bass record labels including the likes of Renegade, CIA, Advanced, Critical Records Integral, Liquid V, Commercial Suicide, Good Looking Records, Bingo Beats and Samurai Music.

By demand remix work started to feature heavily within their output and the duo went on to remix for the likes of Hidden Agenda, Chris SU, Artificial Intelligence, Kabuki, Total Science, Optical & Ryme Time (Jagged Edge), Atlantic Connection, Tactile & DJ Marky.  Branching out and working with other producers such as Survival, DLR & Philth has only furthered experience Ant’s skills at the controls over the years, Ant has also released his own solo material more recently on top of remixing for the likes of Lomax on Integral Records.  In 2014 Ant realised a lifetime ambition, securing his first ever release for the legendary Metalheadz label “Hungry For Atmosphere” alongside Mako, DLR & Villem with further releases for the label and counting going into 2024.

Ant’s production output has featured on a mass of compilations and mix CD’s compiled by the likes of Shy FX, LTJ Bukem, Total Science, AI, Spectrasoul, Klute and Brian G.  Additionally his work has featured very heavily within the radio shows of Friction, Grooverider, Fabio, Goldie, Bailey & Rene LaVice on their respective BBC Radio 1 slots over the years as well as BBC 1Xtra where Ant once hosted his own one-off 4 hour show, he has since additionally made 2 guest DJ appearances for DJ Friction on his Radio 1 show.  His DJ’ing work has seen him play all over the globe from Adelaide to Los Angeles, from Hong Kong to Sarajevo, Vancouver to Bangkok and last but by no means least regularly UK and EU wide. Additionally for the most part of the decade beyond 2010 Ant also worked as the Artist Manager for both Outlook and Dimensions Festival in Croatia, leading up the booking process, budgets and travel aspects for the festival.

Fast forward through to 2024; Ant is now responsible for the lead label management roles of both Metalheadz & Dispatch Recordings and is based in Thailand, with a purpose built studio room recently finished the plan (alongside managing a mass of planned record label releases) is to get back to focusing on writing music more consistently than he ever has previously.

Tears of Technology is an electronic musician / producer who is inspired by such artists as Ford, Infiniti, Kyper, Robert Miles & Tony Faline to just name a few. His style is a mixture of Breakbeat & Trance. The Tears has over a decade of experience in what is known as "vocal breaks" or Neo Freestyle as some refer to it. He also produces other breakbeat styled genres such as eHop (Electro Hop) & Electro. 

The man behind Tears of Technology produces trance music under the artist persona New Orleans' Dan the Man. Dan hails from the city that care forgot long ago, New Orleans, La. Growing up in a culture rich environment that heavily urban is what attributed to the unique sound of Tears of Technology. When you grow up in a city like New Orleans, things like music are the only outlets you have.

Tears of Technology first gained recognition for his independent release of the album "The Soul Never Forgets". Since this release he has appeared on several labels as a remixer such as Jive / Zomba, Island, XYZ, & Live Wire. He has co-wrote songs for London Exchange, a popular 80's freestyle band. He produced an entire maxi single for Casa Records entitled "Lady" by Jim Davis Jr. He has also appeared as executive producer on several releases from his own label 504 Productions.

The Tears's compositions are emotional based tunes that come directly from his heart & soul from the top of his head. Tears of Technology's songs like "Get the Funk", "Empathy" & "Killing in My Name" really get to the root of who he is as an EDM artist. His message is one that is inspired by great artists & intellectuals such as John Lennon, Bill Hicks & George Carlin. A true artist that is more about expression than competition.

Originally from the south of Spain (Cádiz), Funk U is the artistic alias of Borja, a DJ and music producer who began his career at the age of 19 and quickly established himself as a key figure in the underground breakbeat scene in southern Spain. Known for his powerful and solid basslines, his sound has evolved over the years while maintaining a cutting-edge and rhythm-driven core.
His dynamic and versatile approach has allowed him to perform across a wide range of events — from private parties and fairs to industrial raves and major festivals such as the Sunday Breaks Festival. Over the years, Funk U’s career has taken on an international dimension, with performances in England, Malta, Latvia, and Luxembourg, sharing stages with some of the most respected names and collectives across Europe.
He has featured on radio stations in both the UK and Russia, notably collaborating with the globally recognized collective In Beat We Trust, led by the legendary Lady Waks, a milestone that has contributed to his growing reputation in the international breakbeat and bass scenes.
Funk U’s productions have consistently reached the Top 10 on Beatport, released through some of the most respected breakbeat and bass music labels, including Spektra Records, Distortion Records, Need Money Records, Elektroshock Records, Soul Deep Digital, The Pooty Club Records, Beat by Brain Records, and more recently, 83 Label.
Beyond breakbeat and drum & bass, Funk U has also explored the Ro Minimal scene, bringing a deeper, more atmospheric and progressive sound to unique venues such as the iconic Boats sessions along the Hackney Wick canals (London) — showcasing his ability to adapt and innovate across genres and settings.
He is also the founder and director of ETERIA, one of Malta’s leading electronic music promoters, known for curating high-quality underground and mainstream events. At the same time, he heads MIB Crew, a collective dedicated to the rawest and most authentic side of drum & bass and breakbeat.
