Break Through was definitely influenced by the work of Hans Zimmer and Ludovico Einaudi. Yes, I wanted to make something big and I wanted each sound to have substance, to take the listener on an emotional journey of discovery. This meant working outside of my comfort zone again. 8 sound files later and here is the final product. The piece features: 

Violin
Double Bass
String Ensemble playing tremolo
x5 Synth files which includes a boom, kick, pulse warp, dusky sweep and a metalink

You will hear forward motion in the music with a sense of arrival and resolution.

New piano stuff here. For thos who are interested, this time I used Spitfire Audio's Firewood Piano. Awesome sound! Anyways, it's short but sweet, though I so think the first part is better than the second.
