Wrapping up a short summer break, SPEICHER returns with a powerful double bill from rising duo HUNTER/GAME. It's the Italian producers' second contribution to the series, after having amassed quite a few nods with sneaky club anthems "Hexagon" and "Bermuda" (KOMPAKT EXTRA 83). This was followed by their strong rework of Weval's "Gimme Some" - a much-acclaimed highlight of our Total 15 compilation (KOMPAKT 340 CD 125). The new material sees them digging even deeper into the hardware circuits while cranking up the momentum a notch or two: opening banger ADAPTATION doesn't feel the need to ease you into the experience, dropping you right in the middle of its frenzied staccato synth throb instead. Meanwhile, THE PATH opts for rich, saturated colors and epic melodies, slowly building its case until it's ready to blow its lid. These are two extraordinary techno tunes that will command your attention and leave no floor unturned - an essential release for both the label and the artists.

Hunter/Game is an Italian electronic music duo comprising of Martino Bertola and 
Emmanuele Nicosia. Born and bred in Milan, Italy, these two visionary artists have carved a 
distinct niche in the realm of electronic music with their signature sound characterized by 
deep, emotive melodies and hypnotic rhythms.

Martino and Emmanuele’s musical journey began separately, with each of them exploring 
various genres and styles before fate brought them together. Their paths converged in 2010 
when they decided to combine their individual talents and embark on a collaborative 
venture that would soon become known as Hunter/Game.

Drawing inspiration from their diverse musical backgrounds and shared passion for electronic 
music, Hunter/Game quickly gained recognition for their unique sonic aesthetic. Their music 
effortlessly bridges the gap between the dance floor and introspective listening, blending 
elements of house, techno, and ambient to create immersive soundscapes that resonate 
with listeners on a profound level.

Violeta Reynal started performing as a singer and pianist at the age of 5. She became part of the classic piano scene and when she turned 30 began composing her first piano album Hipnosis. Electronic music became her passion as a teenager, thanks to her brother who introduced her to Chemical brothers, Moderat and Pink Floyd. She pursued a career as a dj in 2016, while living in Villa La Angostura, Patagonia Argentina. Later that year she started throwing parties in town and created a duo called Biotech Patagonia, where she improvised the vocals live, right on stage. In 2017 they had their first european tour and started producing their own tracks in 2018, where she would compose the synth arrangements and vocals. In 2017 she began producing vocals and piano arrangements for electronic artists like Mariano Mellino (Sudbeat) and Oostil (Afterlife). 
As a composer she´s working on her second album Reyna where she adds her voice to the piano. She is currently living in Barcelona, Spain with her cat Puma.
