This set was made to celebrate me joining Cyberbay Records. With Amsterdam and Berlin as neighboring cities, we will join forces in an attempt to establish future events in the region.

This set challenged me to extract my own sound from the full Cyberbay discography. I'm getting more selective in the sound that I want to exhibit so I went a long way into crafting the perfect selection.

As above, so below—not metaphor, but mechanism. The structure of your veins reflects the branching of rivers; your neurons echo constellations. The universe folds inward and outward through the same design, mirrored infinitely, from the atom to the great unseen.
 
THE WORD
Creation begins not with a hand, but with a word. Not speech, but vibration. A tone. A pulse. 'Let there be light,' and there was the hum of energy becoming matter. Sound becoming form. The Logos—seed of all structure—still reverberates in the spaces between particles, and in the silent knowing behind your eyes.
 
THE REFLECTION
You carry these patterns. In your spine, a ladder. In your blood, memory. In your dreaming, archetypes older than language. The temple was never just stone—it was always the body. The spirit, not above the world, but within it.
 
THE ALCHEMY
And what of transformation? The ancients called it alchemy; the mystics, rebirth. The physicist sees it too—in the flicker of potential becoming form, where the observer and the observed are not separate. To know is to shape. To perceive is to participate.
 
THE REMEMBERING
Even the sky remembers. The background hum of the cosmos—residue of origin—whispers of a beginning that was never quite a beginning, just a movement of the One into the many. And still, the heavens declare, if you know how to read them.
 
THE WAITING
So the question is not whether the truth is hidden. It is whether we are ready to see that it was never separate—from the world, from ourselves, from the breath we didn’t know was sacred.

The code is not locked.
It is living.
It is you.
And it waits.

IDIOBLAST a.k.a. Mats Weel, born in 1989, had his first experience with fast psychedelic music in 2011. Instantly intrigued by how the high BPM music affected his state of mind, he started collecting music fanatically. After graduating Academy of Fine Arts in 2012 he spend numerous years experimenting with different art forms. It was not until early 2017 that he discovered his true passion behind the decks. Because of his education he has a conceptual approach to his sets and a focus on thematic track selection. He aims to deliver polished and energetic sets, and tries to find a balance between variety and coherency.
