Recently, I received a diagnosis that made me read a lot about the brain and how it works. For me, it has been comforting, in times of sorrow and anxiety, to learn more about what I can do when it feels like that.

Amygdala is a part of your brain which can trigger stress and fear. That's why I've chosen to name my new song Amygdala. The song is about that you can't wash away everything that makes you human. Accept that you're human. <3
