Recording of my set at @headroom_dance Festival Aug 2019. I played in Room 1 after Jake Hodgkinson and before Gwenan. 90 mins of full party rollers. Excuse the silent gaps at the end, there was singalongs happening ha.

Very happy to welcome Tangela as the first interstate guest on our mix series. The Eora/Sydney based DJ is one of the city's newest rising stars and one of the minds behind the Douglas Street streams, which has kept many of us dancing during iso. Next into the mix series is Josh Caffe - a man you will have no doubt come across at some stage in your musical journey - and if not, you'll almost certainly be grateful for the introduction now. 

It's fair to say Josh is a master of a number trades within music, having made a name for himself as a selector, playing shows from Panorama Bar, live with Hannah Holland, all the way up to one of the world's largest festival crowds, with his residency at BLOCK9 at Glastonbury. 

It's arguably equally, if not more so, as an artist which has enabled Josh to make his imprint on the Sonisphere. His unique production style combined with his vocals has seen him achieve a discography of highly coveted releases on his own label, Night Sheen, as well as outlets such as Nervous Records, Crosstown Rebels, BPitch and Dixon Avenue Basement Jam's to name a few. His collaborations with scene legends such as Honey Dijon and Paranoid London have also received much praise, and certainly worth checking out if you haven't done so already.

This mix encapsulates Josh's penchant and encyclopedic knowledge of selecting in dance music. Notes of Acid, House and Techno combine and echo throughout, providing one of the most intriguing dancefloor temptations we have received in a long while.
