Pijãr - electronic music enthusiast, DJ, and active member of the electronic music scene. At the moment, the artist lives in northern Norway, where he and other co-minded people support the movement of the electronic scene. Music plays a vital role in the life of Pijãr. It pushes forward both, his personal goals and various projects in Europe. Together with music-loving people, he is developing projects such as Tamsioji Pusė, Monument, and DJ collective Behind The River. For the past year, the artist has been in various festivals, playing in Norwegian pubs, closed parties, and in his beloved nature, thus gaining musical and educational experience.

Vand’s sets are explorations into story-telling hypnotica with a crossover from ambient to dance floor material. With productions released on Nyame Records a double EP collaboration with Bas Dobbelaer on SoHaSo and a solo appearance on F-on’s Alpenglühen. Besides making music and being a deejay he also explored to present himself as a live act in recent years. With adebut at the notable Mostra Festival and a 3-hour live improvisation at La Nature Festival with fellow roommates Shoal and Queniv. He is now mostly affiliated to the ISOTOOP collective transmitting their unique sonic identity.

Today's mix in our 'delayed x mostra' collaboration is a live recording from one of our ultimate favorites, Estrato Aurora, who joined forces with flamenco artist Ana Sola to create quite a unique symbiosis. 
The live performance of Estrato Aurora and Ana Sola at the extraMostra party in Barcelona was a stunning display of the seamless fusion of two seemingly distinct genres. As the deep techno beats unfolded, Ana Sola's soulful voice cut through the electronic soundscape with raw power and emotion. The duo's ability to bridge the gap between electronic music and traditional flamenco is impressive.
The combination of Estrato Aurora's deep techno production and Sola's passionate flamenco singing created a unique experience, showcasing the power of music to transcend genre and cultural boundaries. 

The crew behind MOSTRA has held 23 ExtraMostra events in venues and clubs of all sizes in Barcelona, as well as public facilities and other cities in Spain, such as Madrid, Valencia, and Seville. We have been abroad to London, Berlin, Porto, and Amsterdam.

- Why? Because MOSTRA wants to: 

1) To program local artists that sometimes have a hard time getting into the circuit of commercial venues and big festivals 
2) To collaborate with labels and collectives with which we feel identified or have a similar style to ours 
3) To bring artists that we really like from abroad and that usually don't come to Barcelona 
4) To bring artists from Barcelona to play abroad, Massa or Imox, for example.

Delayed x Mostra: Estrato Aurora and Ana Sola

For our latest Podcast chapter, we are proud to welcome one of Czech Republic’s music scene’s most idiosyncratic personas ~ the producer, DJ and promoter ~ Dominik Knap aka Kletis 🌝

Hailing from the north-most part of the country, an area where breathtaking, dramatic nature and the remnants of industrial activity co-exist in harmony, Dominik’s music channels the deep and the melancholic and crosses boundaries between techno, ambient, drone and halftime drum & bass, coloured with influences from early dubstep and sometimes UK garage. He runs his own imprint DOLEC where he releases his own music alongside a select roster of Czech and international artists. His productions have also notably landed on the French label Accents Records and Secuencias Temporales out of Mexico. Apart from making and playing music, Kletis is a zealous event promoter, co-running a local event series Multiversum and the well-respected annual Shotgun Festival ⛰️🐾

Dominik recorded a mesmerising hybrid set for our Podcast Series, just shy of an hour, for you to dive deep into. A heady meddle of original productions, transfigured samples and found music gems, it oscillates between stillness and movement. In this journey, the drone-drenched soundscapes are the common denominator and the soil in which the percussive and tonal ideas germinate and where they grow from into their final forms. A perfect remedy for those long Autumn evenings lit by candle lights 🕯️✨

For July’s edition of Bloom Loops, we are thrilled to welcome Escap Verte. Escap will be taking us on a delightful meander across still sun-soaked soundscapes, contemplative sonic vistas and more abstract experimentations; into dubby swaggering 120, chuggy rollers and the broken-esque beats that are a cornerstone of the prolific output from the Ecke Records label. 

This mix features some newly produced and unreleased material from this new solo project and friends, alongside some forthcoming/fresh bangers and deep cuts of old. Put together with love and tenderness.

BLOOMLOOPS 007 | Escap Verte

Composed with shortwave, long wave and UHF and VLF field recordings in Burdujeni Sat, near Suceava, Romania during artistic residency at Zidul de Hartie. Special shout out to Dan Prodan, for the ancestral house and the apples. This excerpt is drawn from an iteration of the composition concept realized on the cusp of the Harvest Moon of 2025 in Poznan with additional spontaneous spectral audio and synthesizer which amounts to one full 69 minute piece which will be released by Akashic Records on Bandcamp some time next week after it is divided into smaller tracks. Enjoy the warp of our planet's space time continuum in the fun-house mirror of the ionosphere as bounced back through radio waves.
