To say we've been "itching" to get the phenomenal new album by Double Geography out to you would be a rather monumental understatement. It really is incredible and has been on rotation here for quite some time now. The 8-track album will be getting full release in July.

Double Geography is Duncan Thornley, one half of Weird Weather who have released EPs on Emotional Response, Going Good and their own Whip+Lash imprint, exploring sometimes hypnotic, sometimes abstract experimental tech-tronica. 

Double Geography, however, takes us deep into the undergrowth, into the world of plants. With tracks named after a variety of flora the music could loosely be described as laidback ‘balearic' . However, where much of that "genre" has spawned so much insipid, mediocre coffee table ‘lounge music', Double Geography has retained that crucial element of psychedelia.

Time To Sleep or much better known by his real name Karlo Pavlović, is an electronic music producer from Pula, Croatia. Growing up with his father's music in various genres of music ranging from trip hop to noise, Karlo infuses his own melancholic, and at the same time playful sound into his productions, not being overly obsessed with genre definitions. Be it techno, house, IDM, minimal or disco. One day he might even make some jazz.
