Colony Omicron was a Maximal colony established during the Transformers saga. Rampage was incarcerated at the colony but he escaped and destroyed it, alongside every known being alive. The only survivor was the security chief, Depth Charge. Haunted by the massacre and survivor's guilt, Depth Charge spent four stellar cycles hunting him down to ultimately capture his arch-nemesis.

Rampage is the awful result of scientific experimentation gone awry. He is a serial killer and cannibal, with an immortal spark that ensures his twisted brand of horror and misery will live on as long as he does.

Depth Charge was once an Imperial Peace Marshal whose territory was completely destroyed, and every robot under his protection slaughtered, by the malicious entity known as Rampage. Since that fateful day, Depth Charge has lived for no other purpose than to enact justice.
