Ah Cama-Sotz is the musical project of Belgian artist Herman Klapholz, blending dark ambient, industrial, tribal, and EBM genres. Active since the early 1990s, the name is inspired by the Mayan bat deity Camazotz, reflecting its themes of darkness, mysticism, and the underworld. The music ranges from haunting cinematic soundscapes to energetic, rhythmic club tracks, often exploring apocalyptic, ritualistic, and spiritual concepts. Renowned in the underground electronic scene, Ah Cama-Sotz creates immersive atmospheres that captivate listeners with a fusion of heavy beats, ritual chants, and eerie ambiances. The source of our inspiration is a place where chaos looms over the world we are familiar with,  where there is born a real wonder, all-out curiosity, and the uncontainable desire to learn what lies ahead, to get to know what the unfamiliar environment is and to see what virtual creatures await beyond it. 
Unknown and the Chaos always was a source of fear.  Yet strong enough - a synthesis of pure sweetness, cognition and emotion. Dealing with the chaos of the mind and its conversion into the Pure pleasure, power, knowledge that always invites you to find new places in the chaos. 
We do not recognize the existing model of human existence, Irrational moral categories,  And we think that all of this human reality is just one virtualization in an indefinite multitude.
The expansion of the universe has many forms, and this is our way of expanding the Borders of Known.
