Berlin-based Christopher Ledger has been in great form over the past few years. With appearances on Dial, collaborations with Dana Ruh, a release on Cristi Cons and Vlad Caia's Amphia, Ledger's music has become a staple in the sets of artists who play deep, dubby techno all the way to Romanian minimal DJs.

We're happy to feature "Without Warning", the B2 track from his upcoming "Anticipation" EP coming out on Adam's Bite. 

Convoluted basslines, sharp high hats and airy pads intertwine throughout the track, making us sure this will be played out plenty of times by many artists in the foreseeable future. 

The seventh release on the Swiss label will come out on December 2, 2022, with a stripped version of Interchange added as a bonus to the digital version.

After establishing itself over the years as a steady source of left-field techno, ambient & experimental electronic music, Delayed has evolved into a multi-faceted platform consisting of weekly premieres, DJ mixes, live recordings, interviews, editorials & launched its own record label, @never-late, in 2023. Regularly collaborating with artists, record labels, collectives, annual festivals & niche gatherings, Delayed provides glimpses into a variety of rich ecosystems & sub cultures around the world. Friend began his journey as a music journalist in 2010 founding @psymedia before taking up DJing 2017. In 2018 he moved from South Africa to Vietnam and quickly established himself as a formidable DJ and promoter in the region. From sandy beaches down south to mystical caves up north, Friend played at many reputable clubs, festivals and tropical jungle raves such as Studio Adventure, Savage, Retreat (Equation), We Groove and Equinox Festival. His creatively curated 'This Is' club nights and prolific sunrise afterparties in Hanoi under his humble record label @magicboxengine also played a pivotal role in shaping the city's underground music scene.

Since returning to Cape Town in 2021, Friend has performed at renowned festivals and prolific venues such as Wolfkop Weekender, Bazique, Habitat, Into The Wild, Afrikaburn, Origin Festival and Modular Club. Often eclectic, sometimes obscure, always tasteful - Friend's forever evolving sound is heavily influenced by his nomadic travels in SE Asia, South America and Europe. Never shy to switch up the genre or tempo, his versatile approach sees him blending elements of ambient, house, minimal, techno, electro and breakbeats spanning both new school and old.

Influenced by 90s-00s house & techno, bringing together driving, percussive grooves with deep, dub-coloured and progressive elements for a sultry dancefloor experience.
