Today is a special day as we continue celebrating the second release on our burgeoning Never Late label, from the likes of Swiss based producer, Mjulev. Clouds are the Better Birds is an emotive, textured ambient exploration through the mind and musical musings of Carlo Thommen aka Mjulev. Born through introspective sessions, and afternoons of staring at the sky and world as it passes by, the music ebbs and flows ever so smoothly. Much like a cloud on a windy day.

To mark this special occasion, he’s created a hybrid mix for us that evokes all those emotions and more. Our collective love affair with Ambient and all its flavors only grows deeper at this point, thus we couldn’t be happier to release an album like Mjulev’s.

Founded in Brooklyn and run by a team of music producers, DJs, and perpetual music addicts.

Thom Nagy spent close to two decades of his life neck-deep in the business of making people dance and writing about it in various publications. Over time, this has given him the status of a locally renowned rave-philosopher. 

With a deep love for any kind of music that's marvellous, blissful and subtly melancholic, his tastes have touched upon all kinds of electronic music. Heartbreakingly immune to hypes and trends, Thom would much rather see a dancefloor hugging itself into a sunrise, than go shirts-off crazy to the latest peaktime-murder.

His own music very much reflects this attitude: while solidly entrenched in a bassheavy foundation, his tracks venture out into dubbed-out space, creating a feel good-void where time stops to matter.


Suski is a Helsinki based DJ and Co-founder of the Electronic Market collective. Operating with an intuitive and curious approach, her voyager-like explorations demonstrate a yearning for deepness and trippy mind travel. Suski’s reverence for unity and shared experiences creates a wrapping in which uncanny, striking and celestial sonic forces meet in places like Helsinki’s Kaiku and Post Bar. Furthermore, mini. program on IDA Radio showcase her unalloyed enjoyment of musical diversity, resulting in a hazily soothing hurdle of emotions.
