It is with great pleasure that we present ‚Bioma,‘ the upcoming EP from Pianeti Sintetici. A deep dive into organic yet groovy sounds rooted in the realms of psychedelic techno and grey area. The release perfectly shows how different style influences combined create a new forward thinking vibe while the heat of dance keeps arising within the listener‘s body.
Opening with ‚Steppa Plains,‘ the EP sets a moody, mysterious tone, set by a crawling synthetic pendulum swinging over a pulsating beat. ‚Dry Marsh‘ ramps up the energy, featuring driving rhythms and textured trippy elements. In ‚Vulcano Island,‘ the essence of tribal influences melds with vibrant sound design. The finale, ‚Gloomy Tundra,‘ wraps up the narrative with fast and broken bass patterns, which lead deep into otherworldy headspaces.

Pianeti Sintetici ('synthetic planets' in Italian) is a new conceptual project by Davide Perrone (Primal Code) that draws inspiration from the factories of Magrathea, a planet in Douglas Adams' classic space opera The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, where artificial planets are manufactured on commission. 
'This concept has always fascinated me, and I chose the name to frame a hypothetical future of synthetic worlds, told with sound,' Davide says. 'I like to imagine the howls of creatures inhabiting solar systems outside our own. Rarefied atmospheres, alien sequences, and unfamiliar tonal scales. So, I see Pianeti Sintetici as an open-ended design research project where I can explore these inspirations.'

Following her mesmerizing live set in our SoundSculptors series, we‘re proud to release the debut EP ‚Inner Landscapes‘ by Innersha, a gifted producer hailing from Armenia.
The EP features her signature organic, trippy aesthetic, starting with ‚Yutori,‘ a deep, tribal track that hypnotizes with its intense, subconscious pull. ‚Konda‘ shifts gears with driving rhythms and playful, intricate layers, while ‚Emeralds‘ explores trance-like influences with a relentless, organic flow. ‚Elysion‘ provides a lighter, more airy sound that remains grounded by its driving bass and rhythm. The final track, ‚Shmana,‘ delivers an intense, energetic finale, with powerful drone swells and percussion that push the track into the grey area. 
This release is a rich exploration of the diverse elements that make up an ‚Inner Landscape.‘

Innersha is an electronic music producer and live performer based in Yerevan, Armenia. 
Her passion for crafting stories and sound palettes became the foundation for developing her signature live sets.

Innersha - Inner Landscapes [QNE011]

Two techno savants conjure magic in We Go Forest, with Spira Records co-founder BLNDFLD shaping the original track and Feral adding his hypnotic, transcendent touch. Deep and primal by nature, the release will be available digitally on November 17th.

The original track delivers a slower, calm, tribal rhythm, while “Jaguar Paw (Feral Remix)” ventures into a wilder soundscape. From the first beat, listeners are drawn into an immersive world—ancient and alive. A deep bassline keeps the mood steady, as organic and cosmic melodies weave in and out like whispers through trees, capturing the transcendence typical of both artists’ styles and within Spira’s previous releases.

Everything was thoughtfully placed, including pauses, to give space for imagery and mood to deepen, as new layers emerge with sounds reminiscent of ancient wind instruments. Subtle rain then guides us out, concluding an adventurous stroll through a forest.

An impeccably crafted track that showcases both artists at their finest.

Substrato Records proudly unveils the upcoming release by Limo “Fiori Su Marte”, with a remix from Claudio PRC. Set for release on November 22, this EP embodies a deep exploration of ambient, leftfield techno, and IDM, celebrating the intricate interplay between emotion and sound while showcasing Limo’s musical expertise and eclecticism

The A-side kicks off with an ambient track “Fiori Su Marte” where aural landscapes and lush tapestries of modular soundscapes weave together. The piece harmonizes strong sub-bass with delicate arpeggios, enveloped in dreamy pads and siren-like textures. For A2, Claudio PRC presents a perfect deep, spaced-out techno reinterpretation of the original track, evolving slowly to create a beautiful tension reminiscent of the Italian hypnotic techno school. PRC's expert craftsmanship reveals a soft yet elegant sound, where rhythmic intricacies and ethereal pads create a peaceful atmosphere carried by bouncy bassline that pulls you into a trance.

On the B-side, Limo ventures into experimental territory with “Camelia” blending syncopated leftfield rhythms and spectral ambiance, while dub-inspired pads infuse color and release the tension within the evolving beat. The B2 closes with “Luce Tetra” where spontaneity reigns as Limo delivers a one-take composition on modular sounds. This track explores dynamic synth sequences, blending reverberated blues chords with bursts of noise that deepen the listening experience.

As a special digital bonus, “Orbitale” is a techno track designed for the dancefloor, showcasing irresistibly intricate grooves. A robotic female vocal emerges within the sonic landscape, enhanced by dreamy pads and e-piano notes that set an atmospheric mood.
