Introducing Corners, a well established DJ and Producer from Christchurch (Otautahi) and our very first guest of the newly created 'Hutt Mix Series.'

This mix was recorded live from his set at Club121 with us in October last year. A curation of 90's inspired deep, rolling bangers with a gradual increase in tempo throughout, reminiscing on Liam taking the reins in the booth.

We are delighted to have Liam start the series off. Be sure to check out his latest track on the Twominds Record Label, 'Tastemakers.'

Introducing our next guest. Liam Todd is a Wellington/Taranaki based DJ, producer, and promoter that found his niche in dance music within deep, tribal and minimal house and techno. A purveyor of infectious dance grooves and creator of feel-good atmosphere, he began curating and organising his own house and techno events when he first arrived in the capital. Starting at Laundry Bar on Cuba St, his ‘RAYS’ club night gained traction and he soon became a Resident DJ there. Eventually, he landed a spot curating Wednesday nights at the revered Club 121, and while continuing with his original project, found himself a regular fixture behind the decks at both venues. This eventuated in playing festivals such as 121 Festival, Taniwhas Den and Canopy Festival supporting the likes of Ben Rau, and Harrison BDP, along with playing in Queenstown with Electric Rush. Todd owns a record label under the name ‘RAYS Records’ which recently released a 4 track 12” Vinyl only EP which exceeded expectations and sold out. He also previously co-hosted two shows on RadioActive.fm; ‘The Housing Project’ and ‘Strange Behaviour’, both long-running projects which take place every Saturday.
