Jack to Phono Records has been running since 2001 and we have released to date 25 vinyl and 9 CD albums having a following across the globe. We have focused mainly on the electronic/dance side of music to date with artists such as Beatphreak, Flevans, Phase 5 Stereo, Dr Stereo, Tombee, Diego & The Dissidents and Blue Foundation releasing with us. However we have shifted focus over the last 6 months to developing live acts with The Seal Cub Clubbing Club, The Tom Eno Project andGhost Society . The first EP released was infact "Jack to Phono and featured Mr Scruff, Treva Whateva, 777 and Blue Foundation in 2001.

We have been featured on BBC Radio One and 6 Music over the last 12 months with 3 sessions and one album becoming album of the week on 6 Music. We were featured in Craig Charles' singles of the year in 2010 and included in Drowned in Sound Top 100 singles of 2010.

Over the past 12 months we have been featured on HBO's Entourage and become the sound of Sky Sports, Ski Sunday and various BBC shows including Heroes Unmasked. We have been featured in Rabbit Moon (Nicole Kidman), the new Milka commercial and a Vicks commercial.

Over the past years we have DJ'd and put on our own events at venues such as The Big Chill Festival, Roskilde Festival, Big Chill House & Bar, The Jazz Cafe, Ruby Lounge, Sunday Best,93 Feet East, Friends and Family, The Bedford, Cargo, The Social Bar Plan B, Vega, Rust and Stengade 30.

Dj y Productor Madrileño afincado en Alicante, con una amplia trayectoria que comienza como Dj en 1996, pinchando por casi toda la geografía española Moe Club (Madrid), Metro Dance Club (Alicante) o Afrodisia (Granada)  y en parte de Europa, como Barahonda Disco Frasca (Italia) y Waldsee Club (Freiburg-Alemania). 

En 2010 publicó su primer EP “Funky Race” con Timewarp Records junto a Quincy Jointz. En Sep de 2011 llega su segundo trabajo “Tonight”, y en 2012 Stand by You, su tercer EP con el mismo sello y con diferentes colaboradores y remezclas de artistas nacionales e internacionales. También  forma parte del colectivo Foxy Producciones, dedicado a organizar Black Parties y eventos bajo el nombre de Foxy Night Sessions en diferentes clubs.

Su trayectoria musical siempre ha estado enfocada a la música negra en todos sus estilos. En sus sesiones podemos escuchar clásicos del Funk con toques de Break Beat, Old School y Electrónica ...

SR DE FUNK
Dj and producer from Madrid, settled in Alicante, with a broad background as a Dj since 1996. He has been DJing  through almost the whole Spanish geography: Moe Club (Madrid), Metro Dance Club (Alicante) or Afrodisia (Granada), as well as in Europe: Barahonda Disco Frasca (Italy) and Waldsee Club (Freiburg – Germany).

In 2010 he publishes his first EP “Funky Race” with Timewarp Records together with Quincy Jointz. In Sep 2011 his second work, “Tonight”, is released with the same label and with remixes from national and international artists. He is also part of  Foxy Producciones Collective, devoted to organize Black Parties and other events under the name of Foxy Night Sessions in different clubs.

His musical career has always been focused to black music in all its styles. In his sessions we can hear Funk classics with touches of Break Beat, Old School and Electronic music…
