Whenever Tony Maroni takes the stage, even the most weary of spectators begin to move their bodies. Inspired by jazz, blues and rock’n roll, he experiments with a range of the styles and genres of electronic dance music. He first encountered Electro Swing in 2011 and was struck by its jazzy melodies and driving electro beats and his lively and melodic sets ensure that concert-goers go home in high spirits. Tony Maroni is often joined on stage by saxophone player Cab Canavaral and the live shows, with their unique sound and originality, guarantee the audience a rare glimpse at a class outfit. In 2012 the started the event series „Swing It!!!“ which is grown to a fixpoint in the viennese vintage scene.

Jack to Phono Records has been running since 2001 and we have released to date 25 vinyl and 9 CD albums having a following across the globe. We have focused mainly on the electronic/dance side of music to date with artists such as Beatphreak, Flevans, Phase 5 Stereo, Dr Stereo, Tombee, Diego & The Dissidents and Blue Foundation releasing with us. However we have shifted focus over the last 6 months to developing live acts with The Seal Cub Clubbing Club, The Tom Eno Project andGhost Society . The first EP released was infact "Jack to Phono and featured Mr Scruff, Treva Whateva, 777 and Blue Foundation in 2001.

We have been featured on BBC Radio One and 6 Music over the last 12 months with 3 sessions and one album becoming album of the week on 6 Music. We were featured in Craig Charles' singles of the year in 2010 and included in Drowned in Sound Top 100 singles of 2010.

Over the past 12 months we have been featured on HBO's Entourage and become the sound of Sky Sports, Ski Sunday and various BBC shows including Heroes Unmasked. We have been featured in Rabbit Moon (Nicole Kidman), the new Milka commercial and a Vicks commercial.

Over the past years we have DJ'd and put on our own events at venues such as The Big Chill Festival, Roskilde Festival, Big Chill House & Bar, The Jazz Cafe, Ruby Lounge, Sunday Best,93 Feet East, Friends and Family, The Bedford, Cargo, The Social Bar Plan B, Vega, Rust and Stengade 30.

Caulbearers are a Manchester-based collective of musicians, but with contributors also hailing from around the UK and Europe. Based on the songs of producer and vocalist Damien Mahoney, their sound has been described as “archaic funk fables and soul migrations… bittersweet songs of the self, soul and society” and “roots music from the rainy city… psychedelic soul with poetic, social observation.The 8-piece ensemble weave together elements of hip-hop, funk, dub, soul and jazz, with plenty of grit and discord in the mix. Caulbearers’ rhythms, arrangements and soundscapes are hugely inspired by many forms of electronic music but are solely channelled through the use of live instruments.

Since the age of 13, Setsuo Morikawa has been an avid record collector.

It all started in the beginning of the 90's. 
Setsuo's big house music inspirer in those days was Nuyorican Soul,Todd Terry and Frankie Knuckles. 

Setsuo bought himself two turntables, learned mixing quickly 
and soon began to create Setsuo's own style. 
,bought Setsuo's first sampler, the Akai S-01 & S1000.

And then started making house music.
