Just "Takin' It Easy" while playing Breedlove Acoustic-Electric and decided to record Instrumental SongShot. Eagles-inspired insanity. ;-) For anyone that enjoys creating and sharing music, have fun and keep it real. Do your best, even when it's just sharing a simple contemporaneous mix of a song sketch or idea. Some will like it, some won't, so what? Next. Life is short. Be true to yourself. Nothing wrong with "promoting" certain projects and songs, but we all know Numbers are simply 'Just Numbers' and don't, necessarily, always define success on SoundCloud....or anywhere else, really. Jazz/Fusion keyboard player, composer and producer.  Marketing, advertising, publishing and sales career.  Originally from Chicago, where I developed a strong appreciation for the blues and classical, and moved to New York, where jazz and the fine arts are so deep.  Key musical influences include Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Jimi Hendrix, Joe Zawinul and Weather Report, Chick Corea and Return to Forever, John McLaughlin and the Mahivishnu Orchestra, Stanley Clarke, Scott Henderson and Tribal Tech, Jeff Beck and Jan Hammer, Mike Stern, John Scofield, Pat Metheny, Emily Remler, McCoy Tyner, Bill Evans, John Coltrane, Jimmy Smith, Joey DeFrancesco, Larry Young, Buddy Guy, Santana and Earth Wind & Fire.
