Raeva is a dj and a musician based in Berlin. Curating VOLCHOK podcast that showcases various kinds of music from techno mixes to experimental live sets constantly inspires her own sound explorations. Her sets are defined by glitchy textures fine built into hypnotic mildness via their constant vivid brutality. I produced this track during the first four weeks of lockdown in Germany back in March 2020. A “fomite” is an “object or material which is likely to carry infection, such as clothes, utensils, and furniture.” So you can probably guess what was on my mind at the time. Expect dark electro vibes.
