Belgian artist passionate about electro sounds and captivating melodies. Funkle Ace was born in Brussels, Belgium. Son of a piano teacher, he started playing the keyboard at an early age. With over 500 tracks to his name, he has collaborated with international artists and his songs have been streamed on various platforms. For a long time, he played with a friend and performed concerts in Belgium, France, and Spain (Burgos, 2 concerts + radio interview on Radio Castilla in 1984). Since then, he has followed his own path and decided to share his unique music style with you. His musical universe navigates between electro, chillwave, and ambient, creating unique and immersive atmospheres. He aims to touch hearts and minds with his music and collaborate with emerging talents to create unforgettable sound experiences. Christiane Hommelsheim sings and plays on sound objects, Ralf Haarmann electronics and mandoline. With a central interest in loops, they create intertwined acoustic layers. Through the looper all sounds loose their corporality, they resolve within themselves, they appear and
disappear, they become soundfields, and soundshadows. Ocassionally a sentences might appear out of nowhere, and lingers unfinished in the space, like a piece of thought-furniture, that might develop within the ear of the listener before it retreats back out of focus. HAARMANNHOMMELSHEIM create poetics of absence, poetics of nothing.

Born in 1980 under the name KRT, the band began its journey in the raw energy of live shows — in Spain, including a memorable concert in Burgos, and in Brussels at the Teatro. Those early years, intense and furious, were wiped away overnight: all archives, tapes, posters, and memories stolen in a single car theft, as if someone had tried to erase history itself.

By the late ’80s and early ’90s, the group found shelter in the former RKM studio on Avenue Molière in Brussels, under the demanding ear of artistic producer Jean-Claude Maury. From those sessions emerged Fast Beat and The Ballad of the Mouse and the Bird, defining tracks that carved NUR’s sound into stone — dark, restless, untamed.

After a split and years of silence, the band resurfaced under the name NUR, carried this time by the new promise of the digital age. The music could no longer be erased; it was destined to survive.

But fate struck again: the passing of one of the founding members closed the collective chapter. Today, NUR rises once more, as a solo incarnation. More than a project: a resurrection. A flame still burning, more than forty years after its first spark.

Originating from Atlanta and Los Angeles, DJ Jay McCracken now based in South Florida, has been producing and spinning for over a decade. Specializing in a variety of sound, his expansive interests in music will take you places alternating calm, to a dance oriented tech and electronic vibe.

With little to no experience of making music before Summer 2020, Stopyral armed nothing more with an iPad, imagination and desire decided to experiment in creating sound textures & blending beats in a variety of interesting & unique ways. 
 
With over 140k plays on SoundCloud since January 2021 and hitting the top 20 RepostExchange Underground Charts on a consistent basis suggests this was not a bad idea after all😉
