She has fast caught the attention of many, playing at a number of prominent venues including Tresor, FOLD, Pickle Factory, The White Hotel, About Blank, Club Ost, La Station, and many others.

Night Service co-founder, Tresor resident and dance-floor devotee, Bailey Ibbs is jack of all trades, and yet, somehow master of all. As a producer, DJ, promoter, label manager and promoter, there lies very few stones left to turn in a musical career spanning nigh-on a decade. 

The years since the world’s extended hiatus have seen Bailey turn his focus towards Techno, with 2022’s `Volta’ EP bringing his sprightly, funky grooves to the world’s attention, before his follow-up ‘Not into it’ permanently captured it. Yet underlying this seemingly endless array of craftsmanship remains a humble, underrated persona committed to nurturing the next generation, seen in his constant support of others on our own dance floor, as well as elsewhere.

His distinctive approach to techno has earned releases on acclaimed labels such as Planet Rhythm, Molecular, Dynamic Reflection, and Symbolism. Through intricate sound design and driving rhythms, he creates evolving soundscapes filled with dark yet dynamic energy. In 2023, he launched his own label, Modern Minimal, releasing music exclusively for free.

Dirty Epic welcomes aboard @dimi-angelis for the 125th installment of Amplify Series.

The mix is a live recording played at one of Dimi's Illegal Parties back in the day. It was recorded on the 18th of August 2002 and is part of a 5 hour set, vinyl only.

Thinking of Dimi Angelis, we quickly associate his name with pounding sounds, high-quality releases, and an iconic trajectory. Staying true to his sound, Dimi has evolved over the years into one of the most renowned producers and DJs worldwide.

Looking back to the nineties, Dimi has been one of the key figures shaping the Dutch techno scene as we know it today. His career has been marked by releases on top-tier labels such as Axis Records, Warm Up Recordings, Mord, KEY Vinyl, Tar Hallow, and the co-owned label A&S with Jeroen Search. This has led him to perform at major techno institutions such as Berghain, Awakenings, Dekmantel, and Tresor.

Another product of Dimi’s creativity is his solo label, ANGLS, which delivers raw and uncompromising techno. In recent years, Dimi has been a regular presence across different continents, frequently performing in Latin America, Asia, and the USA.
