By day, she is the Executive Director of End of Life Choices Oregon, where she employs years of experience in nonprofit development to guide the mission of the organization. By night however, Krista has become a leader in the local dance music community as well, consistently spinning anywhere from festivals like SOAK and SHIFT, to clubs like the North Warehouse, The Den, and No Requests, until their doors closed.

One can wonder what connects these experiences. What is apparent however, whether it be in executive management or DJing, is Krista's demonstrated success through dedication, and understanding how to formulate the most effective approach possible.

Not sure why I didn't post this up sooner, but I was reminded that I recorded my set from House Issues this June. It was great old school event and I had the pleasure of dropping an old school trance set. A lot of classic tracks on this one. Hope you enjoy.

Bio: Jen Mas has been an integral part of the NYC rave scene since the 90s. She became internationally known for her mastery of the turntables and being one of the leading ladies of Hardcore Techno in the US. She founded Vitus in '99 with some of her closest friends who shared the same passion for the underground scene. She's rocked shows across the continent for 25+ years, spreading the love of Hardcore in a region where it's remained far from mainstream. These days you’ll catch her playing many different styles, as she can throw down a proper set of any genre from House and Techno to Hip Hop and Old Skool. Her creative mixing, scratching and energetic stage presence has made her a standout among the many artists of the industry. She'll mix music from yesterday and today along with original edits and tracks, making every set fun and unpredictable. No matter what style she plays, her goal is simple: to bring people together through music!
