Deluge

This is a song about something as old as time, the loneliness after a breakup. The sudden emptiness of being thrust into a cold world full of desperation and depression, feeling you can't go on alone. Memories of a past life of being single and surviving but feeling that you are remembering someone else, not yourself because you know in your heart that you cannot go on without her.

( I wrote this during a time in my life where I am truly happy with my life and relationship, going on 15 years with the woman of my dreams. This track is fictional and in no way reflects my relationship status, yet I, just as some of you, can imagine what it would be like to lose half of yourself and is a hell I pray none of us ever have to experience).

This project is one of multiple styles of the same song. The more fake bs skip to result splats I hear from ai typers the more I want to try and upgrade what goes into my own real music. Sir Isaac's 3rd law says what we need to do with that poison! So for me thats the only positive so far from ai music... It inspires me to make it the insignificant random arrangement of plagiarism it is... Sometimes I go soft in my head on some ai typers... but they need to have that reckoning with the technology as individuals too.. They robbed all of our musicians work and they're probably going to steel all of ours here eventually too... Like social media, for me from a creativity stand point it just adds to the general limiting of our abilities and desire to develop skills being happy with some heroine result instead of a grind to get there... If ai artists were honest with themsleves, listen to what they make and what every other complicit plagiariser makes... It's the same fake sounding music! Who are you inspiring with that? Usually as far as I can tell the individuals artists ego and thats it... It's the indifference towards the artists that taught it without permission... Thats the real shallow Merovingian in the system and the people that feed it. Piano/Keyboard - two directions... left and right. My tip... start there
