These 5 tracks are a small gathering of unfinished, alternatively-styled, or laid back demos that I made to display the acoustics of my living room and my emotional state in relation to day-to-day things.

Originally I had set out to do multiple different projects of varying genres, so some don't quite fit in with one another, but over time I fell into the understanding that anything I write can be modified if you know where the soul of the words are. Style can be reprogrammed with different reverbs, echoes, tones of voice, and so I wanted to bring it all together under Neighbor Kids.

Some day I would like to record some of these as fully-fleshed concepts (in the case of Wanderin, we have), and see where they fit in the timeline of my life and of the band's life. But until then, they sit here, before Icarus. So people know who I am, and know where I come from. I hope they enjoy the words and the cute silly little lines, because I enjoyed putting it together.
