Hey! Full disclosure, this is a heavy, yet informational episode.  This week on the eve of the release of her documentary, Ms. Wendy Williams has been diagnosed with dementia and aphasia.  A temporary guardian still has control of her person and assets and as Ms. Wendy Williams stated in a clip for the documentary, it happened to her and it can happen to you.  So tap in to listen some preventative measures you can take now.

If It Happened to Ms. Wendy Williams, It Could Happen To You

Hey! Sasha here and today I was struggling for something to talk about but finally landed on a topic.  Have you ever heard of the Slow Morning routine? Per various news outlets, the CEOs of some of the biggest companies in the world, including Jeff Bezos and Mark Cuban have a slow morning routine and so do I.  So if you are still waking up 20 minutes before you need to leave the house, tap in and see whether you should also incorporate a slow morning routine.
