A friend Jon Lemmon has a show named Different Channels on 107.3 KBFG here in Seattle. It showcases different types of electronica, soul, funk, and all the saucy stuff in between. My mix for this show is pretty much a playlist of what I'm into these days. Some hip hop, r&b fusion,  uptempo jams, 70's jazz-soul etc. It's reminiscent of my KEXP mix from 4 years ago. I guess you would say it's a follow up to that.

Founded in early 1998, the goal was to consistently put out records that would be loved and played by many in the house music community. Viva Recordings found success with its first debut from Johnny Fiasco and the with Rick Preston's Altruism EP, which gained notoriety when "Spring Fling" was featured on Mark Farina's San Francisco Sessions Vol.1. From these early releases the road was paved for Viva Recordings' success. Over the last few years we have been working on personal projects but now have decided to bring the label back and take the Viva name back. Joey Webb, a native of San Francisco, has been dishing out dance floor rhythms for over twenty years. Now residing in the Seattle area, he has been bringing his charismatic energy to the turntables as a consistent sound selector for a variety of house, world groves, funk, and soul evenings in the region. Joey has utilized his experience as a DJ in New York City, Houston, San Francisco, and Seattle, where he held party residences, to produce sets that cross genres and entertain thousands. He has supported house legends such as Ron Trent, Terry Hunter, Heather &amp; Colette, David Harness, and Miguel Migs, among others. Joey, a pillar of the Seattle underground house music community, continues to play the music he loves without limitation.
