Florida-grown producer Low Poly emerged on to the bass scene in 2018 with his track “skullkid” on Jadū Dala and has not stopped making noise since. Inspired by modern themes of digital primitivism, isolation, and overstimulation, he explores textures and sounds pulled from halftime, drum and bass, and garage. Low Poly draws inspirations from a variety of post-genre pioneers including Flying Lotus, G Jones and Hudson Mohawke, and was molded by formative late nights at diverse festivals like Okeechobee, Bonnaroo and Hulaween. These experiences imparted a keen sense of storytelling and atmosphere in music, both electronic and otherwise, that rings
clearly today.

Low Poly melds snarling, experimental bass music with a keen sense for songwriting and melody. He roots cutting-edge sound design in an impressionistic world, where elements of everything from old school dubstep to modern experimental pop blend into a style just as suited for headphone listening as it is for the largest of sound systems. His listeners describe his production style as cascading, aggressive, uplifting, ethereal, forward-thinking
and constantly shifting.

Since starting production at the early age of 18, Low Poly has notched releases on tastemaker labels including mau5trap, Jadū Dala, Saturate Records, Morflo Records, Space Yacht, Wavecraft Collective &amp; Electric Hawk and shared stages with artists including Hex Cougar, Salva, Onhell, Skeler, Digital Ethos, Shanghai Doom, Player Dave and more.

Shamash the glorious sun endowed him with beauty, Adad the god of the storm endowed him with courage, the great gods made his beauty perfect, surpassing all others, terrifying like a great wild bull. Two thirds they made him god and one third man. In Uruk he built walls, a great rampart, and the temple of blessed Eanna for the god of the firmament Anu, and for Ishtar the goddess of love. Look at it still today: the outer wall where the cornice runs, it shines with the brilliance of copper; and the inner wall, it has no equal. Touch the threshold, it is ancient. Approach Eanna the dwelling of Ishtar, our lady of love and war, the like of which no latter-day king, no man alive can equal. Climb upon the wall of Uruk; walk along it, I say; regard the foundation terrace and examine the masonry: is it not burnt brick and good? The seven sages laid the foundations.
