I've been admiring Jonathan's work, collaborations and musical comments for quite a while now. Sometimes it seems as if certain pieces of music can only begin to exist fully after he listened to (and commented on) them. So I've been mulling over possible sketches that I could offer for collaboration, and was very thrilled when he accepted (despite great time constraints) to collaborate on the first one I sent. I think we were off to a good start - "sooner" than I thought.

Multi-track improvisation. Two electric guitar loops, one solo electric guitar, an electric piano sample, and here and there, a synth pad. 

Yes, there is that repellent hiss on one of the guitar tracks. You must believe me when I say the effect of getting rid of it was worse than of keeping it. Let's all pretend it was recorded on cassette.

Here are various solo and collaborative projects - songs, soundscapes, live looped solo guitar improvisations. 

This project used to be called "imaginary friends", but it became too real for that name, as did many of you.
