Recently I have had the urge to pick up my guitars (Taylor 114ce and Fender Squire) and I have been trying to use more guitar in my songs.  
My go to .vst plug ins are  EZkeys 2, EZ Bass and  EZ drummer 3) and my DAW is Logic Pro 11.

For 35 years, music has been my loyal companion, guiding me through countless moments of joy and inspiration. Now, I'm thrilled to embark on a new adventure: My Acoustic Project. This journey, which began in June 2023 with the release of my song 'On the Sea,' is an exciting exploration of new melodies and musical landscapes. I create both instrumental pieces and singer-songwriter compositions. While the destination remains a mystery, the path is filled with endless possibilities. Hi, I’m Krissie 💜 I have high functioning autism, which I proudly call a gift, though sometimes it drags me into beautifully bonkers territory. I played saxophone for over ten years (seriously, I could wail).. until I got ill and my arms went on strike. But music? It stuck around. So now I do what I can, I write, engineer, and produce my own songs, shaping them with whatever magic I’ve got left, plus a few emotional plot twists. I mostly post them here on SoundCloud because, let’s be real, this place is easier to manage than the rest of the digital circus.

Since joining, I’ve met some incredible, like minded humans, some aliens too I'm pretty sure. If you want to be friends, yay! All my life, I’ve had to hide who and what I am. I’ve never been what the world calls “normal.” As I say in 'I Don’t Write Songs "I Survive"', my brain just isn’t wired the way it should be. I’ve been called weird, not right in the head, bonkers, even crazy. So I learned to mask, to shrink, to pretend. But here.. here, I get to breathe. To be.

And it’s not just the music. It’s the comments, the replies, the strange and sparkling conversations where I finally feel like I don’t have to filter myself. I can be full volume, full chaos, full heart, and somehow, that’s not just accepted, it’s welcomed.

You beautiful humans (and possibly aliens) have given me something I never thought I’d find, a place to be fully myself. To speak how I feel, to show what I see, and to turn it all into sound and words without shame. The way you’ve welcomed me, supported me, seen me, there are no words. (Yes, I know. Me. The Queen of Words. Speechless. Don’t get used to it.)

My heart is so full of love and gratitude, I’m honestly surprised it hasn’t burst into glitter. Thank you. All of you. From the very bottom of my shoelaces 🖤🎶🧦

I've been tested by an examiner from the Australian Conservatorium of Music & apparently I have perfect pitch and blessed with the ability to accompany any musician, add hooks to any genre - as a singer I’m not great but who cares thats why most is spoken word.

I have my own style - either you like it or not -  always open for collaborations

🎤I have no fear of perfection - will never reach it 🎧   I don’t have the perfect voice nor am I aiming to be the best I'm only human with a passion for what I love music is in my heart.

I am old old now  .but i think we are what we do .i am lucky to still do what i did when i was young.  i try and catch a song .. i try and get a good take.  i record it  ..i never played live...most of the songs are from the 8o's .   old songs.. new recordings .I can not hear very well in one ear, . the mix maybe a bit off..i am dyslexic....my song writing has been for me self therapy... .I hope my words help you heal :O)i have tinnitus makes it hard listening to others music ..
