Rapture is a new collaboration between the Beating Edge and Joe Stroffolino, following the awesome Asteroids (The Original Was Better). Joe wrote both the lyrics and the original music, while the Beating Edge rearranged and recorded it in a punchy rock style, adding driving guitars, strong rhythm, and dynamic choruses. Vocals feature Tom on lead, with Joe and Mary contributing both backing vocals and lead parts on certain verses and the bridge, creating a layered and energetic vocal texture.
The song explores the absurdity and irony of doomsday prophecies, the obsession with the rapture, and the endless cycle of believers and false prophets. It blends satirical storytelling with a critical eye on human behavior, delivering a mix of humor, intensity, and thought-provoking commentary through energetic rock arrangements. 
Rapture is a track that engages both the mind and the ears, combining narrative, power, and fun in equal measure.

Another notable one is the project with my friend from Kansas City - Nathaniel Ehrnman. Together we created a quiet track called "Good Days”. In the next track called 'Clouds', our friend Bill Brooks (Remnant60) joined our duo (Nathaniel and me) on synthesizers. This combination of different musical styles gave an interesting final result, so I invite you to listen to the both songs (produced by Remnant60)🍀

A short time later, another project followed: "Between Us”. Bill Brooks (Remnant60) added his synthesizers to my guitar part and also took care of the production of this song! This is how the combination of surf music with electronica came about. 🌔
Our next collaborative piece between Bill Brooks and myself is titled: „Things Change”. Bill added his synths and bass to my guitar track and also took care of the production and mixing. The end result is available on our profiles! 😎

I was born in  the USSR, and in Ukraine as a part of  it. I have re-burned like a Phoenix in 2013.  From screaming 60s-70s, with my own songs have been composed  mostly in 2014-2017. l belive words of real songs matter! Now I can't present more songs as reached quota of Soundcloud, so, I will replace them time-to-time.  --In a short, I write songs since 2014, trigger of that  was the war in Donbass. I made more then one Hundred songs in 2014-2018. Later I had a trouble  with my health and didn't created   new ones after 2019. So, this year, 2025, brought me some more energy and I returned to some of songs, that were not  recorded before at all. And I saw that some new ideas appears in my head ... So,  you can see now two of them and I've got  extra 4-5 new  songs and to try to repair them and to record "on air", as  doesn't have money for recording in sound studio.
