The sun kept on shining for three glorious months.
I thought I’d found myself a slice of heaven.
I told myself this an amazing place. 
I could live here forever.
And then the calendar hit September seven.

The cloudy weather came. 
And every day was more of the same.
It made me feel so washed out and grey.

I need to feel the sun shining on my face.
I’m sick and tired of living in this dark and cloudy place.
Rain, rain, rain, rain, go away I’m praying for a sunny day.
I’m checking the weather report constantly to see if - it’s goanna be sunny.
But the extended forecast has indefinite clouds and it’s not very funny.
Not very funny at all as the rain continues to fall.
It makes me feel so washed out so grey and so small.
As I try to make it through another dark and cloudy day.

I take a lunchtime walk.  I wear Gore-Tex jacket for the drizzle. 
I don’t need to wear sunglasses even though it’s 12 noon.
It’s just another cloudy day and it wouldn’t be any more dismal.

This cloudy rainy weather - it really gets me down.
It makes me feel so washed out and grey.

Xian asked me for a drum track for his absolutely phenomenal existential song about the mythical Atlas, and related it to today! This came together very quickly, as his instruments and vocals were already mixed near perfection! Hope you all enjoy, and I get a chance for another. at the moment this is my best synthesizer track for memphis. not exactly sure how it will mix in but I love the solo so much. best part is my fingers slapping on the screen of my phone. cheers to synoprezFM. Jesus, the things you can do on just a phone.

I do not use AI to create my songs. 
Recently I have had the urge to pick up my guitars (Taylor 114ce and Fender Squire) and I have been trying to use more guitar in my songs.  
My go to .vst plug ins are  EZkeys 2, EZ Bass and  EZ drummer 3) and my DAW is Logic Pro 11.
