Dark Secret was written in a style reminiscent of NES fantasy/RPG games. I imagined this song could be used as the theme to a game of this style, or possibly as an underworld theme.

I am Elektrogrim

The king of Elektroheim, where I rule over my minions of darkness. I tell them stories around the digital torturechamber in the evenings and shower my hate upon my enslaved ones.

At times I escape Elektroheim which is located on the hard drive of a retired 80s game developer. My escape route is out through his CD-ROM. I from there make my journey up onto his office chair, where I occationally fight and enslave the puny Electrotim, switch on the computer and create music on fast tracker 2, a most modern and intricate music program the pitiful humans have created for me to torture them for all eternity. I make this music to warn the human race about our existence and to ridicule the pathetic ElectroTim, my arch-nemesis living in the parallel land Electroheim stored in a different folder on the same computer as I and my minions. Oh, how I wish they could delete that folder as he allies with emojis and all kinds of nasty helpful apps and polutes my dark existence with the presence of his disgusting kindness
