MIMI grew up in Brighton surrounded by vinyl and speakers, watching her dad — a DJ himself — turn their home into a world of rhythm. Music wasn’t just something that played in the background; it was part of her upbringing, part of the atmosphere she lived in. By the time she was 17, something clicked. Mixing suddenly made sense, like it had been waiting for her. She felt it instantly: house music heals. It’s spiritual, grounding, and full of love — and she knew she needed to be part of it.

DJing was never about profit or chasing clout. For MIMI, it started and continues with pure passion. She wanted to share the music that shaped her life, to give people the same feeling she grew up with. Seeing people dance, smile, and lose themselves for a moment — that’s what drives her. When the room is moving together, she feels that’s when humans are at their happiest.

Her energy is as real as her talent. Outgoing and charismatic, she brings a vibe that people feel the second she steps behind the decks — and she backs it up with skill. She can blend tracks so seamlessly you don’t even realise two songs are playing. That authenticity, that connection, is why people keep booking her. They’re not just booking a DJ; they’re booking the atmosphere she creates.

MIMI didn’t choose DJing — something deeper chose it for her. The passion was too strong, the pull too real. She followed it with her whole heart, and ever since, everything has grown naturally and rapidly. She’s here because she loves the music, loves the people, and loves the moment when the whole room is dancing as one.
