“The Way” started with a piano melody and kept unfurling as I healed from the loss of a few loved ones last year…which was capped off with my beautiful family dogs both passing. The lyrics to this song took on their loss, but the whole thing is really an open entry from my own grief process through to happiness again.

This came together very quickly, as his instruments and vocals were already mixed near perfection! Hope you all enjoy, and I get a chance for another.
