In this recording, you’ll hear me playing my crystal bowl and my Chiron gong with the intention of pursuing and inspiring new creative endeavors. Perhaps you’d like to try out something new in your life or finally explore a long-delayed passion. Maybe there’s something that you’ve always wanted to do, but it never seemed like the right time. 

This recording has within it the creative energy of diving into something new with curiosity and joy and with no imposed expectations or judgment. It is infused with a “just have fun” attitude and “let’s see what happens” approach. There is an added peaceful calming energy that has been channeled through the instruments which can help support us as we tune into our heart’s desires and relax into the sound that envelops us. 

Experiment and see what happens for you personally!  Feel free to set an intention and use the sound to support your intention. Listen with or without headphones. Either way, the sound plus the intention will have a positive effect on your body, mind, and spirit. Go ahead and listen more than once! It will keep working on you and create a new experience and sensations each time you listen.
