Our prayer and intention for this podcast is to be a podcast community that helps each other live out the Gospel on and off our mats. We are ordinary people who love Jesus and have been transformed by how He has met and continues to meet us, through a Christ-centered yoga practice. Whether you are rolling up a brand new mat for the first time, one that’s seen a thousand practices, or even if all you have is a tattered towel to pick up off the ground - we invite you to join the conversation.
