ACTIVE SINCE 2004 ENFANT TERRIBLE WAS ONE OF THE FIRST LABELS TO GIVE RECOGNITION AND ATTENTION TO THE PIONEERS OF MINIMAL ELECTRONICS / PROTO-ELEKTRO / AVANT-GARDE POP / EXPERIMENTAL POP FROM THE EARLY 1980'S. IT IS ALSO ONE OF FEW LABELS IN THIS FIELD OF MUSIC THAT TRULY INVESTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TALENTS. WITH SINGLE EDITIONS ON VINYL ONLY AND A SELECTION OF SOUNDS RANGING FROM ELEKTRO-WAVE AND DARK TECHNO TO AMBIENT, POST-INDUSTRIAL AND NOISE-POP. NEXT TO THAT LABEL BOSS M. HAS BEEN ORGANIZING EVENTS AND SPINNING RECORDS SINCE 1999. 
THE OBVIOUS INSPIRATION IS, OF COURSE, THE ORIGINAL POST-PUNK SCENE FROM THE LATE 1970’S TO THE EARLY 1980’S. THERE WAS A LOT OF CREATIVITY AND OPEN-MINDEDNESS BACK THEN. ALSO, IT WAS IN A CREATIVE WAY VERY “ANTI”… ANTI ROCK, ANTI COMMERCIAL, ANTI ESTABLISHMENT…  THIS SHOWED ITSELF IN A MAJOR DIY SCENE WITH A TRUE INDEPENDENT WAY OF WORKING.
MUSICALLY NOT EVERYTHING IS EVIDENTLY AN INFLUENCE ON MY LABEL ACTIVITY… IT IS MAINLY THE EARLY ELECTRONIC (POP) MUSIC, FIRST WAVE OF INDUSTRIAL MUSIC AND THE DARKER SIDE OF GUITAR MUSIC FROM BACK THEN WHICH IS A REFERENCE POINT FOR MY LABEL WORK…

FACTORY RECORDS TOOK THEIR NAME FROM THE EARLY 1960’S ART SCENE AROUND ANDY WARHOL… AN ECOSYSTEM ON THEIR OWN THAT I AM FASCINATED WITH FOR MANY YEARS TOO… HIS FACTORY WORKSPACE/LIVING SPACE/ART SPACE IS LEGENDARY OF COURSE… AND I ALWAYS LISTEN A LOT TO THE VELVET UNDERGROUND… FOR YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS… AND THEN THERE IS OF COURSE NICO… HER MUSIC IS SOMETHING LIKE TRUE LOVE TO ME… INFLUENCES OF HER WORK CAN BE TRACED BACK IN SOME OF THE RELEASES I DID ON MY VRYSTAETE LABEL…

Covid 19 has forced us to social distance but we will keep fighting, trying to transform all this suffering into an opportunity for reflecting on our priorities, to create and to keep spreading art. Vittorio Di Mango is an Italian DJ/producer from the class of 97, born in Trani, a small city in the south of Italy. 

Vittorio's first approach to electronic music was in 2012 when he played in little clubs in his city and those nearby. In 2014 he became interested in Techno music by taking part as a resident DJ in a local organization called "White XXX", which later led him to exhibit with such important artists including Dax J, Phase Fatale and Samuel Kerridge. His musical sets are characterized by a weaving of Techno with that of sounds such as acid, industrial and ebm. In September 2016 releases his first Ep ‘’Wrong definition’’ on Amok Tapes. In January 2017 came out his first remix ‘’Prepare to die’’ on NEN Records. On april 7 was inaugurated ‘’Epilessia’’ his first track on vinyl with I Hate Models on Khemia records.
In 2017 part of SENSUM EVENTS as resident DjIn 2018 he became part of WAYS and in 2018 he became part of WAYS.

Knife presenta a Dim Light, propietario de un sello discográfico y DJ con sede en Berlín.
Siendo un nerd de la música desde su juventud, se dedicó a escuchar música electrónica hace unos 20 años. Después de varios años de practicar solo, comenzó a lanzar mezclas en línea alrededor de 2011.
En 2015 lanzó Nemorous Records junto con Anja Zaube y luego realizó algunos conciertos seleccionados en eventos como Apathy en Grießmühle, Tokonoma en Kassel oder Smallroom en Bielefeld, compartiendo los platos con artistas como Talker y Oake.
En 2017, finalmente comenzó su propia creación, Voidance Records, que hasta ahora ha lanzado 5 EP y 2 cintas y 2 presentaciones en 2019. Voidance Records se ocupa de las variedades más oscuras del género de la música electrónica, presentando a artistas nuevos y consagrados como Meer, Chafik Chennouf & Katsunori Sawa y Llimbs, por nombrar solo algunos.
Las influencias musicales de Dim Light abarcan géneros como ambient, black metal, música electroacústica o techno, que también se reflejan en sus sets.

Knife presents Dim Light, record label owner and DJ based in Berlin.
Being a music nerd since his early youth, he got into listening to electronic music around 20 years ago. After several years of practicing all by himself he started releasing online mixes around 2011.
In 2015 he launched Nemorous Records together with Anja Zaube and after that played a few selected gigs at events like Apathy at Grießmühle, Tokonoma in Kassel oder Smallroom in Bielefeld, sharing the decks with artists like Talker and Oake.
In 2017 he finally started his own brainchild Voidance Records, so far releasing 5 EPs and 2 tapes and hosting 2 showcases in 2019. Voidance Records deals with the darkest strains of the electronic music genre, hosting new as well as established artists like Meer, Chafik Chennouf&Katsunori Sawa and Llimbs, to name but a few.
Dim Light‘s musical influences range from different genres like ambient, black metal, electroacoustic music or techno, which also reflects in his sets.
