Welcome to the S.O.L.A.C.E. Postcapitalist Interplanetary Exposures Inc's next once-in-a-lifetime offer, today orchestrated by @TCHOIN. She's one of the rising stars in our organisation offering stellar experiences, who made a name for herself for not going easy when it comes to providing a unique experience for our beloved visitors. Her tour involves exploring the infamous Wild Duck Cluster, home of the cosmic freaky show and the fallen spirits' thunder rituals. She navigates her 4/4 fuelled spaceship (an upgraded 1938 VW Beetle) with striking precision and absolute clarity among the countless dangers of the area. You won't find anything misplaced in the ride, the essence of the experience is  delivered in the highest quality possible. Her ways are often upbeat and playful, with an undertone of unquestionable persistence about them. It's an invitation for a self-absorbing cosmic dance, saying fck you to anyone attempting to interfere. Be warned, once you committed there is no way back. You won't be leading, won't dictate, but strap in and give way to her expertise.

Getting behind the decks is an act of empowerment. Both in the message it carries and in the people who convey it. This is what @steiner0 stands for with her energetic, cathartic music, in which she offers an escape from the violence of everyday life. A fervent activist, she cannot imagine any music that is not political. Simply because declaring oneself "apolitical" already constitutes a political position, often associated with privileges. Steiner knows and feels every day that she evolves in an environment still largely dominated by people assigned male at birth, white, able-bodied, thin and heterosexual. Although the environment is changing, there is still a lot of progress to be made. And to fight this battle, you need strength. That's the motto she had when recording this mix that will make you want to smash everything, or at least capitalism and patriarchy.

INTERVIEW
•	Wie kamst du zum Auflegen?
Seit meinem 16. Lebensjahr war ich regelmäßig in der Subkultur unterwegs und ging häufig feiern. Ich liebte es, mich im lauten Sound und in der verschwitzten Menschenmenge fallen zu lassen. Ich bewunderte die DJs welche die Stimmung kreierten und so wollte ich schon lange selber auflegen und Musik machen. Aber der Zugang zum Auflegen ergab sich erst mit meinem Umzug nach Leipzig 2019 und mit meiner damaligen Beziehung zu einem DJ. Um mit der Trennung umzugehen, konzentrierte ich mich dann sehr stark auf die Musik und machte schnelle Fortschritte. Musik war und ist für mich Selbstermächtigung in einer Männerdomäne, sowie Katalysator meiner Gedanken und Gefühle.

• Woher kommen deine Inspirationen?
Als Kunsthistorikerin gehe ich einerseits sehr von der Recherche aus, und andererseits kuratiere ich dabei meine Sets ähnlich einer Ausstellung. Ich habe meist ein gedankliches „Klangbild“ als Inspiration. Oder ich entdecke beim „diggen“ einen besonders tollen oder spannenden Track und kreiere darum einen Mix. 

• Wo legst du am liebsten auf oder machst generell am liebsten Musik? 
Am liebsten spiele ich in Clubs mit einer heimeligen Atmosphäre. Wenn die Menschen sich beim ausgelassenen Tanzen im Moment verlieren, das ist der Schönste! Außerdem liebe ich „daytime-raving“ und finde meinen Stil sehr passend für einen sonnigen, sommerlichen Sonntagnachmittag mit einem Aperol Spritz in der Hand.

• Hast du zu deinem Podcast bestimmte Gedanken gehabt? 
Zunächst gestalte ich meine Mixes immer verspielt und genreübergreifend. Hierbei wollte ich eine kraftvolle Atmosphäre schaffen und auch möglichst viele FLINTA Künstler*innen unterstützen. Zu Beginn wurden mehr UK-Garage Tracks gemixt, welche dann in Grime und zuletzt in Ghetto-Tech übergehen. Die Botschaft der Lyrics ist in diesem Genre sexpositiv und handelt von Frauen-Selbstermächtigung. Bei Minute 30 spiele ich den Track „blind“ meiner DJ Freundin ma:sa und der Closingtrack „EC“ ist ein Remix von ttyfal aus Leipzig. 

• Was würdest du an der Musikszene gern verändern, wenn du könntest?
Es wäre schön, wenn wir uns alle mehr unterstützen würden und es eine offene Atmosphäre herrscht. Ich wünsche mir eine niedrigschwellige und inklusive Clubkultur, in der noch mehr FLINTAs, POC und Menschen mit Behinderungen Platz haben. 

• Was war dein erster Tonträger? 
Mhmm….ich erinnere mich mit 6 Jahren meine erste Shakira CD in den Händen gehalten zu haben. Mein erster Crush 😉

• Welche Erinnerungen hast du an deinen Musikunterricht? Würden deine LehrerInnen dich heute in der Musik-Club-Branche verorten?
Musikunterricht hat mir nur bedingt Spaß gemacht. Ich liebte es zu singen, Gitarre und Klavier zu spielen, aber mir waren die Musikstücke zu altmodisch und langweilig und es gab wenig Mitspracherecht. Aber ich denke, meine Lehrer*innen sahen mich als musisch-talentierte Schülerin.

• Was wünschst du dir in Zukunft von deinem Publikum, der Clubkultur?
Habt viel Spaß, genießt den Moment! Tanzt es raus! 😉
