An upcoming music producer/artist originally from Bangor, Wales but lived in Manchester England for the majority of my life. I am looking to mix tracks for free as practice and i am always open to collaborations.

Klaus Benedek grew up in a small town near Vienna. His interest in electronic music began during the 90s techno hype. He spent hours watching video clips on MTV and viva and thus gaining knowledge about electronic music. In 2004, he began teaching himself to produce. Gathering his inspiration wherever he could, he began collecting 12" vinyl records the same year and 2 years later got his first dj-gigs. From 2008 till 2010 he was one of the resident DJs at the MNML Thursdays in the Camera Club. In 2012 he started with Alex Kolodziej the event-series Tellerbetrieb. Currently he finds most of his inspiration in Chicago House, Deep House, Disco and Breakbeat. After releases on labels like Petrol Dollar, Subversaal, rekooda, Soul Shift Music, Clean and Dirty Recordings and tanzbar, Klaus launched his own label forTunea in 2014.

Siggatunez is a DJ, producer and live artist from Berlin and founder of the Deephouse label TIEFFREQUENT and the GOOEY Editz Series. Musically he is deeply rooted in the US-Golden Age Hip-Hop era of the 90's but also the MOTOWN Sound and the East- German Funk & Soul Music. Mainly influenced by my younger brother he started producing beats and cuts out of dusty vinyl-records from his father’s collection. 

In 2005 I moved to Frankfurt where he got in contact with electronic music and the local scene. With his friend LE RUBRIQUE he started the regular House Music Event SUCIO at the legendary CAFÉ KOZ at Frankfurt’s GOETHE University . It was a stage for new artist to bring them in contact with the scene but also to create a room for communication with established artists. There he started Djing in 2008 and evolved a passion for vinyl records and the whole record- shop-digger cosmos.

In 2012 he moved to Berlin where he founded TIEFFREQUENT as a platform to get in contact with other artists and the local scene but also to put out his own and friends’ material. To put focus on his musical roots he founded the GOOEY Editz Series in 2020 with the aim to recontextualize and impart the sound and aethetics of that time but also point out that musical and cultural link to House Music. In 2023 GOOEY TRAXX started as a platform for House Music.

Erklärung des Namens Tellerbetrieb:

1) Da wir ja damals ein Kino beschallten lag es auf der Hand das wir auch was Filmtechnisches zitieren mussten. Für die pausenlose Vorführung von Kinofilmen mit einem Projektor gibt es neben dem Spulenturm seit Ende der 1960er Jahre auch die sogenannten Telleranlagen, bei denen der Film horizontal auf großen Tellerebenen liegt. Zur Vorführung wird der Anfang des Films aus der Mitte des Wickels herausgeführt und auf einer anderen Ebene wieder aufgewickelt. Daher spricht man auch vom "Tellerbetrieb".

2) Wir spielen hauptsächlich mit Plattenspielern und die haben logischerweise Plattenteller.
